This ice pack is'nt just an ice pack. I got a sty in my eye and the doctor recommended hot compress this is the best thing to do plus it has a soft material better than plastic burning your skin. once it cools off you can flip it. Bought this combo face gel mask for the times my face begins to flush and become very warm. This mask is heaven scent compared to my precious set up using a cold wash cloth that would dry up because my face was so hot! Also would place my face cheek up to anything I could find for cool it off such as my Mac Book cover, metal door, etc. Pretty hilarious to see the things I would do to cool down my face! This mask has a super smooth almost suede feeling side and then the plastic gel side. I use both depending on how hot my face is. Plastic side for super hot times and I only hold it up to my face for about 45 seconds because of a risk of frost burn. The smooth side is what I use when I need to Velcro it to my head. I use the extra mask for my neck or just my forehead. It looks quiet interesting when I am super hot and need both on! Have not warmed it up and do not see a reason I ever would. It’s really a great buy that I never thought of nor see in a local store. Keep in the freezer next to the ice cream bars.

I have had the eye mask burst and spill gel beads all over my house three times now. Fortunately Amazon has replaced it every time. Just received a new replacement today and I noticed the gel beads in my old face mask had completely disintegrated. See picture. I love these cold masks but the quality is pretty bad.

I really like this. I've been using it for puffy eyes, headaches, sinus pain, and jaw pain and it's great for all of this. It doesn't take up much space so it's easy to keep it in the freezer at all times. I like that although I have sensitive skin the material it is made of isn't irritating. The beads also do a nice job of keeping the mask cold while still being at a temperature that is bearable to have on the skin vs. the ice packs I had been using that often felt just a bit too cold for the face and yet semi-ineffective if wrapped in a towel. I also LOVE that they give you 2 so I have one in the freezer at all times. Would recommend for anyone who suffers with the issues I mentioned above.

I bought this for a specific oral surgery I had and needed to ice my face. The item froze well and the soft side was nice to start with and after about 10 minutes or so I could flip it over for the colder side and ice my face for another 15 minutes. I did this throughout the day for 2 days and iced for another 2 times on the 3 day before I noticed a small hole on the bottom of the mask. I put duct tape on it and froze it again but only needed it one time after I noticed the hole. I only needed for this surgery so I will throw it away since it wasn't expensive and it now leaks. I wouldn't want it to unthaw and be everywhere. But it worked for what I needed it too.

I recently had oral surgery and had a substantial amount of swelling afterwards. I needed an ice pack for my full face and this product really fit the bill. It's flexible even when frozen and the velour lining prevents ice burn. I wore it until it completely thawed on more than one occasion. It felt great and was so easy to use. I highly recommend one for your first aid stash.

I just got this, so I haven't used it long, but I was immediately impressed by the quality. Good seams and a very soft cloth lining. I don't think this will ever leak like so many gel packs, I expect this to last. So far it seems to help with migraines and puffy eyes.

I bought this for myself in hopes of using it to heal after surgery and what a waste! First of all it never got cold enough, secondly it never bent easily to fit on my face making very uncomfortable. The edges were very sharp and nearly cut me. Please don’t waste your money on this product like I did
