Warmed up
This is provides a stylish and effective way to heat a room quickly. You have to attach the feet when it arrives. Make sure to have a magnetic screwdriver to help get the screws in place (it's fiddly otherwise), but this shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Next plug it in and connect to the wifi via the app - I'm not sure if this has been improved since some earlier reviews or if I just got lucky, but this worked quickly first time for me (using a BT standard router). It takes about 20mins to heat up a small room from 12C to 18C on high mode and is completely silent. According to reviews, it's also one of the more economic models on the market. You can control it by touch, including setting it on high or low mode and putting on the child lock. Alternatively, the app offers the same functions, including timers, and you can also use it via Alexa once you've enabled the Princess Home Skill. The front glass panel doesn't get too warm - the heat actually comes up from the grille behind it - though it's a bit hotter at the rear. It's got tip protection - if it falls it turns itself off, which is good for peace of mind if you've got kids, small animals or are a bit clumsy! The heater can be wall mounted and comes with screws to do that. But if, like me, you want to move it from room to room, it's pretty light to pick up (I got the 2000W version). While it's not the cheapest on the market (a discount brought it down to £105 for me), it seems to be one of the best balances of low running costs, style, portability and throughtful industrial design.

Great heater
Very nice to look at. Wall mounted and surprisingly heats up quickly. Not so easy to connect to the app, but will persevere with getting it to connect.

Expensive and has a useless temperature display
I thought this would be a good heater to heat my bedroom during my cheaper Octopus Go rate but it’s really not worth the money.Unlike others, I had no problems in attaching the feet to the unit using all the screws.I also managed to get it working via the app and Alexa in no time at all, so far so good. The unit looks very smart but after that things go downhill.I set the temperature to 24 degrees Celsius and then watched in bewilderment as the displayed temperature went down and down, even though the unit was actually heating up.UPDATE!!! I originally did not rate the actual heating aspect of this unit but I had it at low setting. On the High setting it does heat my bedroom up quite well in a couple of hours. It is too expensive though and the thermostat really does not work at all. I would give this 3.5 stars but can’t seem to!

Connectivity issues
Followed the instructions by the book, even re-programmed my router to 2.4ghz only. Refused to connect after 6 attempts across two devices. I’m pretty tech savvy but have little patience with poor usability. Such a shame as the heat was powerful / silent and a good looker. Please employ designers and user researchers when building software.

Stylish, dependable Wi-Fi heater on Alexa
A stylish heater on alexa. It was easy to connect to Alexa after a couple of misses but it works fine. I've noticed that it sometimes is not connected (rarely happened) but like a Windows computer, disconnect (pull out the plug) and plug it back in and ask Alexa to turn on the heater.I like the sleek lines, it is thin enough and you could hang it on your wall. We have ours on its feet. It doesn't take up much space and it warms the bay window area perfectly. And it the early morning the living area is not too cold to come down to (Alexa works). I only have to check my energy bill at the end of the month....

Difficult to connect, works well once connected
This is a decent product, HOWEVER two key things to note before purchasing1) This only works on 2.4ghz Wifi, not 5ghz compatible, which is worth noting which network band your phone/tablet is on when setting it up or it won't work. Once working it can be controlled from any network anywhere at any time.2) These products take 7/8 attempts to get the app connected to the device. Once the radiator is flashing in "setup mode" theres 2 apps that you can use:Climate or Princess HomeOnce you've selected the radiator on the app it will say "waiting to connect" it will fail to connect a few times but then completely randomly between the 4th and 8th attempt (I have 3 of the same throughout the house) it will connect, work fine and be very convenient and the apps easy to use.If the setup process was easier and actually worked it would be 5 stars. On the contrary, TCP smart products connect almost instantly and the products are identical apart from branding and price.

Very good smart heater.
Installed fairly easily, the app was a bit of a fiddle to get working correctly but none the less it was sorted. The heater can heat a large room very quickly. I have schedules set throughout the day and night to keep the chill off this room as I have a budgie that requires a steady temperature.
