An awesome product for a not so easy to discuss area/topic. This is literally a lifesaver. I call it my finishing lotion. Lol. My family has been using this product after toileting since I was a kid so 50 years. Cvs brand is a close 2nd, but balneol is a staple of our travel, and home bathrooms. No one else makes anything like it. Use it before you get up from the toilet and you'll never not use it again.

The product is Not the issue , This cream is not cheep by any means, therefore receiving my item in this matter with cream all in the inside of the bag and it’s not because any of them are punctured so that’s confusing . As a company having a pharmaceutical name you should do better than this
