I received my pack of 2 sets just as advertised. Very nice lip balm. It goes on like silk and isn't greasy. I work in very cold conditions and need to keep my lips moist. This will do it without feeling heavy or greasy. Great product.

e.o.s. lip balms are great. Out of all the flavors and scents. This in my favorite go to lip balm.

I have used eos without any issues in the past. However, this experience was horrible. My lips got so dry and started to get dark around the edges. The corner of my mouth was sore as well due to the dryness. I switched to a LIPGLOSS with coconut oil and that started to help until I ordered a pack of chapsticks. After this experience I will never be using eos again.

Used the product for gift

I've used the EOS lip balms before and the product was as expected. As other reviews mention though, I also only received one pack (with one stick and one sphere), instead of two. I reached out to Amazon customer service, was told they would send out a replacement two pack, and that I could keep the single pack due to the inconvenience. Replacement arrived quickly, but again only contained one pack instead of two. All in all, I did receive the two packs I paid for and am happy with the product itself, but the order was filled incorrectly twice.

I only got one pack. Not two. But I love the brand
