I do not see ‘Q65 pro’ in my mobile phone Bluetooth signal options after taking the earbuds out. What should I do? This issue can be easily solved by factory resetting the earbuds. Follow the steps below to factory reset the earbuds. 1 - Connect the provided USB cable to the charging case and make sure it is charging. 2 - Place back the earbuds into the charging case. 3 - While in the charging case press both earbuds for 10 seconds until you see the flashing red light. The flashing red light indicates that the earbuds have been reset successfully. 4 - That is it. You should now be able to see ‘Q65 Pro’ in your Bluetooth settings. I can only connect one of the earbuds to the mobile phone device and the other one does not connect. This issue can be easily be solved by factory resetting the earbud. Worked well for a few days
So the headphones are amazing, fit well, long battery life, and worked great for about the first 4 days. Since then one side has gotten SIGNIFICANTLY more quiet than the other, about 70% more quiet. They have never gotten wet, never been dropped, and I'm not partially deaf in one ear. So I'm now only really able to use the right side since using them both but with one super quiet ends up ruining the noise cancellation anyways. Kind of a bummer. UPDATE ordered a replacement pair and the right side got quiet within 24 hours of receiving them! Cleaning with alcohol did absolutely nothing. Buyer beware, very very poor quality speaker inside the buds. Could be a day, could be a week, but one side will end up getting 75% more quiet. Returning both pairs and buying something else.

More bad than good!
I would like to say that I'm glad to find some good prices for earbuds like these ones. However, not everything is good.- I can say that the sound quality is average, do not expect excellent quality for music, if you want that go for a more expensive product.- The noise cancellation is good- They are not comfortable in the ears and if you walk, even isf you only walk a bit, they will start falling. So, not good for sports at all.- DOT NOT use them for over 3 hours. Otherwise, you will hurt your ears. These earbuds become a bit hot and I do not why.- Microphone to answer a call is not really good, the other person will hear you like you are far away.Overall opinion: Good option if you are looking for a cheap pair of earbuds and you will use them only for a brief moment. Otherwise, you you are looking for sports, great quality for music or if you are going to use them a lot, go for a different option but maybe you have to pay more.

Sensitive Robo-buds
I love how portable these little things are. I've had no trouble after they got wet except that if the outside 'touch pad' get wet it acts like it's getting dozens of orders - basically these are definitely Not meant for use in a shower, though they're great otherwise for music. The microphone on them is weak, so they're kinda crappy for phone call use if you're wearing a mask. They look like a little worried AI robot when they're in the case and charged up. When the case is fully charged, all the little 'teeth' lights are lit up blue. They can be tricky to get to cooperate with touch commands, and accidentally hanging up a call is as easy as reaching up to scratch your ear - "whoops, sorry Dr.'s office...". Overall, for the price and quality for an average user who doesn't need them for phone calls, these are a really nice first pair of fully wireless blue tooth earbuds.

Reliable Headphones for the money
I needed a pair of wireless headphones because I have an iPhone 11 but couldn't afford the AirPods. I tried these and the sound quality was surprising really good, better than I thought they would be considering the price point. They can be a little difficult to take out of the case but that was the only real problem. The noise cancellation works great! Overall they are worth the purchase. Customer service answers everything really quick.

9 Months And They Won't Charge
Update 2/19/2021 - "Finally received a snotty email reply to my replacement request only after writing directly to Amazon about the problem. Obviously they won't replace the set, but that's ok, I'll be telling everyone how horrible their product is on FB, Twitter, MeWe, Parler." I won't be buying these again. Got for my wife's birthday last year, April 2020, and now the set won't charge. Never abused, the wife used them in the house. And of course the warranty is out. So I'm just writing this to let you know these probably should be avoided. It's too bad, they fit her comfortably, could switch between her phone and laptop easily and really liked using them. Too bad they're junk.

Perfect
I was on the fence about these there where good reviews and bad. But after testing these out for the past week or so now. These are fantastic and the sound quality is amazing the bass is good and when I have them in you could scream at me and I will not here you. I would definitely recommend buying these they are a 10/10 these are comparable to the apple air pods but not the price tag these are great.

Great headphones but stopped working
I've always cared for these headphones, make sure to keep them dry and clean (I know it says waterproof, but I don't want to test that feature just yet), and all of the sudden the left one stopped charging. I'm so sad. They were great, but just under 8 months is a really really short lifespan. I didn't use them every day, maybe 2-3 times per week while doing chores, so I don't think they've been overly exercised. I am going to miss them, but wouldn't consider buying another pair unless a longer lifespan (with gentle use) could be guaranteed.

Broken charger, nice earbuds
4.5 star quality. The charging case was sent with a faulty wire, so I had to use my own chord to charge the case. The earbuds are indeed difficult to get out of the case, it takes me about 60 seconds to remove each earbud. Other than that these sound excellent. The battery lasted my entire shift and was still fully charged. I would recommend these as a substitute for apple and galaxy buds any day
