It came broken.

Absolute piece of garbage. The top assembly didn't fit into the base (without firm pressure; as soon as the pressure was released, the lights went out). I've purchased many similar neon lights before (often at lower price and with better quality). Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Bought this as a gift for my brother. Initially was disappointed to see it wasn't glass. Then i realized that's actually much smarter because i dont have to worry about breaking it. And its bright as heck! Im satisfied.

I thought the price on this was really nice, by the look of the product in the photograph. I wasn’t very shocked about it being small in size (as shown in the photos against my hand), nor it being plastic vs. glass. I was surprised, however, that it did not illuminate at all :(.It comes with a usb cord, but no adapter, so you either install batteries (not included), or plug it into a computer or your own adapter/ block. The addition of that would be nice, but for $12.95, at the time of my review, I didn’t care too much about that. I installed fresh batteries, and to my dismay, nothing happened :(.I tried plugging in the USB cable.. nothing again. I’m very glad that I did not gift this to my kids, and checked it out first, to avoid disappointment. I thought it would look cute on their dresser, but it’s garbage! (At least for us.)The only reason for the two stars is that, in reading the reviews, it seems I am the only unlucky one that reviewed this product, who perhaps just got a ‘dud’. I’m glad it didn’t cost more, even if I am part of the vine program, I always review items as if I had paid the full price for them. That’s my fair way of doing things.It would be worth the low cost IF it had worked and shown brightly, as other reviewer’s had mentioned. It missed the mark here though. It’s shipped in a box without any protection surrounding it, so maybe it got damaged in transit, but for me.. this was a flop, but I gave it two stars because I may have just gotten an unfortunate DUD, or maybe something happened during shipping, but if it lit up.. it’s worth the price asked. Mine fit into the base just fine. No issues with that, no cracks or signs of damage. Just didn’t work - period!!2 stars!⭐️⭐️I hope that my review has been helpful 👍.

The switch to turn it off and on does not work.There’s a cute neon light but I just wish that you didn’t have to unplug it every time you wanted to turn it off. It’s supposed to have a switch but it doesn’t work. The colors are vibrant though. And very bright.

Someone complained about the base, I had no issues. It snapped right into place. There is a recessed part and a protrusion on the other, so that this can only line up the one way and snap fully seated so the polarity is right.Short cord though, and no power adapter for the wall, so you have to either have a USB port handy or have a wall adapter handy.But holy cows it's BRIGHT. I mean, so bright that trying to take a photo of it with my iPhone 13 Pro Max it kept overcompensating for the light levels and made it hard to get a photo with all the colors showing when I set it up in the morning before the sun fully rose.For the price, it'll work fine for people who want one.

Looks great in my room. Does need to be unplugged to be turned off or you can use 2 batteries and then the on/off switch works.

This product's construction is absolutely horrible.
