Really Fun Graphic Novel!
I bought these for my daughter, who is a huge Star Wars fan! She loves the illustrations and the text and enjoys re-reading them often! Definitely a great gift!

If you are a fan of the Star Wars series you will like this graphic novel.
As a senior citizen I have been a fan of The Stars Wars saga since the first movie (Star Wars) came out in the 1970s. This is why when I saw this volume (Star Wars: The rise of Skywalker Graphic Novel Adaptation of Star Wars adaptations) on Amazon I decided to purchase it.This graphic novel follows the same theme and plot of the Star Wars saga. This action packed graphic novel includes Rey who is continuing her training as a Jedi with General Leia, Kylo Ren, who joined the Dark Side and killed his father Hans Solo on Star killer base, Emperor Palpatine, Luke Skywalker, and Lando Calrissian are part of this Star Wars graphic novel.I never give away too much information when reviewing any novel but if you are a fan of the Star Wars continuing saga you may want to check out this graphic novel. I liked it a lot.Rating: 5 stars. Joseph J. Truncale (Author: Wakizashi-Jutsu: An official manual of Bushi Satori Ryu).

Graphics are so disappointing
I waited almost a year and a half for this TROS graphic novel to slide off the press. While it is true to the movie, sadly Disney took control over this graphic novel, unlike The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi graphic novels which were done by Marvel. If you liked the Marvel books of the previous 2 movies, you'll probably be sad when you compare this novel to them. The attention to detail in the Marvel books was incredibly well-done, from backgrounds to clothing, to facial expressions; not so much in this Disney graphic novel. Details are lacking, the characters are drawn in a way that makes them more appealing-maybe?-to kids. Really, the graphics are a hot mess, in my opinion. Don't judge this book by the front cover! The Rey on the cover is much different from the Rey on the actual pages. Most of the time, Rey looks like she's storing acorns in cheek pouches! Chewie looks like a stuffed animal that's been through the washing machine too many times; Leia looks like an elderly Precious Moments figurine; Poe seems to have a pot belly, and Finn's head is pointy. I am REALLY disappointed that Marvel didn't complete the trilogy and do this graphic novel as well. The picture I uploaded is from the back cover of the book so you can see what I am talking about.

Artistic Creation Of The Movie In Graphic Novel Form
Enjoy the breathtaking art and immerse yourself in the movie recreated in a graphic art form. Great for reading slumps and getting back into the rhythm of reading.

Another true to film star wars comic adaption. No deviation and a smash for star wars fans. Good shelf addition.

Not the best SW graphic novel, but...
Not the best Star Wars graphic novel, but if you want a souvenir of Episode 9 this is it. Fun to read if you have nothing else to do. Not a bad book, but not great either.
