The only thing that keeps me from buying this over and over again is it's just not in my budget, but this is my favorite add-to-water drink that helps curb my appetite and gives me morning energy. This could easily replace your morning energy drink.

If something isn’t any good I’m the one to let you know. This stuff does work. It takes a couple of days to start working. It does keep you from being hungry and I only drink it once a day. It taste yummy and I’m for sure buying more.

These are extremely tasty... yes... directions state to pour in a 16 oz bottle. I highly suggest getting a bugger bottle. For such a skimpy little pouch - the power is strong. Does its job yes... you barely eat all day. though.. lately hours after consumption I've experienced uncomfortable heart burn/indigestion that I've never had before... the only thing different in my diet is add this to it. I suggest adding one packet to a jug of water. The more diluted it is the better off it may be.

I really didn't like the taste and it didn't not suppress my appetite. It dud not work fir me abd ended up with leg cramps. I drink about 3 40 Oz cups of water or more a day. That should not have happened. Not happy for the price.

I have ordered these for a few years now! I love them.. They really don’t curve my appetite… but it seems like they give you a little boost… not in a bad way… I can tell when I run out of them… because I feel a little run down… So I always try to keep them on hand… they are a little pricey… But worth it in my book… They have a great flavor as well!

I have less of an appetite when I Have one of The packets in a bottle of water 30 minutes before eating. I also feel like I have more energy, which is very helpful to me because I stay very busy.

It’s pretty sweet but it tastes great, and the powder also smells good unlike another one I ordered. It’s amazing :)Also great for suppressing appetite

I have gotten so use to this flavor that I put it in almost 100% of my drinks, which is most often soda water, sparkling water, etc. They work, too, as they curb my appetite.
