Good pain relief
My boyfriend applied it on his 'frozen shoulder' after the shower and it worked amazingly. After only a few minutes, he started to feel warm and tinkling sensation on the shoulder. The pain was great reduced only after 2 application. I will make sure I will always have it Ln my house in the future.

Well,it not good value for money.
It just works a little and not long pain settles in again not big enough to command all money being valued at. Though I had purchased a little more,but after trying other products I felt it was just inferior

Use sparingly.
I like it, it works for me but use it sparingly as there's not much in the jar and don't be impressed by the 30,000 mg. on the label, that's just 30 grams to you and me!I recommend washing the site of treatment before use as the previous application seems to set up a barrier.I have tried numerous, sometimes costly remedies for my arthritis, this gives instant intense warmth and a couple of hours relief from knee pain and I will continue to use it. As with most Chinese folk medicines this one has some rather exotic ingredients listed on the label. One of them is hippocampus, look it up!

Really good product you can really feel it as soon as you apply it takes away the pain excellent

Works but expensive for a little jar.
This took a lot of the pain in my knees away for about 6 hours, will buy again but it is only a small jar and didn't last long. So it is a bit expensive. I only got two weeks out of a jar. Make sure you wash hands with soap as it stays on.

Small enough to carry inside small bag
This product does match the usual heat rub smell although is darker more like tiger balm but with a thick cream/gel consistency in regards to strength I'm not sure how this differs in heat /strength to usual rubs the smell does dissapear quite quickly which is preferable if you find the smell overpowering

Awful experience
Sorry, but did not work for me, I just had used once and after that went to a bin. The awful sensation like I was in the fire, my skin felt that was burning, I had to go straight into the shower to remove it!Be careful in buy it, if your skin do not tolerate the ingredients, because the product is expensive and comes in a very small container.

Effective Pain Relief but Ridiculously Expensive for just 30ml!!!
Very effective in pain relief. The only reason for giving 3 stars is the insane price for a small 30ml container!!!
