I bought these to send out to friends as pre-holiday gifts. I thought they would be a cute addition to the packages, a bit of a silly gift, but was surprised at how well they wrote! Everyone who has received one so far has commented on how much they liked the pens. Great little pen, do note that the poof has a harder ball on the inside. The pen carriage does seem to be replaceable however it is not a standard size that I have seen.
