Cushion is very comfortable. I used it in my chair for the last 10 months. Would give it 5 stars for comfort. However, the cover on the cushion is cheap plastic like material. After 10 months, the cover is cracked making the the cushion unsightly and uncomfortable. Too bad.Update:The owner contacted me and let me know they have upgraded the cover. He sent me a replacement cushion free of charge. He did this without my agreement to revise my review. He then personally called me to make sure I was satisfied. See the attached picture. In my opinion, this is a 100% improvement in fabric cover. First of all it feels more like a heavy duty fabric and no longer feels like plastic---it will breath much better and does not feel hot. Secondly, I am confident this fabric will not crack. I am very happy with the new design. As a result, I upgraded my star rating from a 2 star to a 5 star. This is another example of a great vendor on Amazon.

This product is proving to be very good. However, the cover is not removable and there are no cleaning instructions with the package. Coccyx wounds will almost always be susceptible to accidents. Please tell me how to safely remove odors and clean the cushion when soiled.

My uncle slid off of this onto the floor. Didn’t expect it to slide. Assisted living folks have now put a piece of foam under the front of it to avoid him falling out of the chair again.

Comfortable except that, you will get pressure at the back of your thighs because of the thickness. I had to cut the foam down to about half in the area of my legs so that it could be more comfortable. Also, depth from front to back is longer than others. Doesn't fit my car seat too well. Would probably fit best in a truck.

I have tried other types of cushions but this one really addresses the sciatic pain issue while giving comfortable support. It does not compress as other memory foam cushions do, therefore the orthopedic action is continually being maintained while sitting on it. This permits to longer sitting times and more importantly, promotes faster healing of lower back problems. The cushion's color, apt size and robust construction also provides great value for the price. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this cushion thinking that the "gel" would not be so HARD to sit on...... I can only feel a very dense memory foam and does not relieve any of my pain. There is a coccyx cut-out, but I have pain in the butt cheeks area and this is certainly not worth $87. It's no better than the cushions sold "AS SEEN ON TV" .....for a lot more money. Very disappointed.

I've been in a wheelchair for nearly 4 years ever since my stroke. Do to my condition I cannot reposition myself and have had several different seat cushions to try and help with pain of setting in a wheelchair for several hours at a time. My last cushion was custom made and quite expensive. But it still had me needing to be adjusted several times a day to help relieve pressure. When I ordered your product it came in when promised and exactly as described. Since then I have used it every day all day with no pressure problems. I strongly encourage anyone that has to sit for hours on end to buy this product. Also when I posted my response to the company to thank them for a great product they responded by calling me the same day so even though I can't think of a reason for needing customer service for the cushion I would expect it to be fast and helpful.

I have spinal stenosis. This is the first seating pad I have found that relieves some of my symptoms. I liked it so much that I ordered two more so that I now have one on my office chair, one for moving around the house, and a third for my car. This also gives me coverage for when I travel outside my home.
