it will not store over twelve gigs of movies on it.

stopped working after several uses, lost data.

SCAM - Latest version of ChipGenius reports this is only a 32 GB capacity (not 256 GB as advertised). Shortly after loading more than 32 GB on the drive, you'll find (as I did) that you cannot access the additional storage. Then the drive won't be recognized by Windows any more - Computer Management shows it as empty (even after "successful" format and copying of files).I purchased another of these drives earlier from another Amazon site and experienced flaky results, but just didn't know what was happening at the time. This seems to be a common scam: (http://www.rmprepusb.com/tutorials/repair-your-usb-flash-drive).I'm very disappointed as I was hoping to use the Stick as a "Magic Stick" with tools and installation software on it. As it is, I have two overpriced low-capacity devices that while nicely packaged, just aren't what they were advertised to be.

The drive works fine and got here faster than they said it would. It's the first really big flash drive I've bought (til now, 64G was the biggest) and I couldn't be more pleased.

Doesn't work with XP... tried it on 3 PC's ...Still NOT a usable device even when reformatted. sounded like a great idea to store and transport my digitized movies, but this turned out to be a non reality, I ended up buying 3 64gig sticks to perform the operation.Hoping it will perform better and I can recoup my $$$, when I pickup a win 7 or 8 O.S. This has turned out to be a very expensive investment for me.A second unit arrived today. it was recognized by W7 but had multiple worms imbedded in the Auto run drivers. Best have your best A.V running and up to date BEFORE you plug it in!! I will try again on an XP platform and update this post when done

This is perfect for what I needed. I had to carry several flash drives with me and label each one. Now, I only need just one.
