After being on my feet all day it feels great to have this massager waiting for me when I get home. The rollers on the bottom of my feet feel real good. The only thing I would change is a little less pressure on the heal and Achilles tendon. That hurts even on the second setting where I use it.

I have neuropathy, using this has help with the circulation in my foot. I use it every night after I shower. I do the 15 minute cycle, about 5 minutes each mode. Something I look forward to everyday. So relaxing!

I think this is a fantastic foot massager however if you don’t like the bony part of your Achilles tendon or heel to have any significant type of pressure, this may not be for you. The two settings that don’t bother my heels as much are the blue and green settings. The orange is the one I can’t use. Manufactures could improve this product by reducing how hard the machine rubs on the hills. The heat setting works great, and I actually don’t use it very much because it’s almost too hot and it makes my feet sweat.

The foot massager was a luxury at home item that I should have gotten long ago! Since we cannot go for any spa or massages these days to be safe, I really needed the reflexology type relief on the foot as I’m a runner and on my feet a lotThe onset of the foot placement is with a nice and soft cloth cover and the warm function was fun to have on a cool day, I didn’t use it al the time. The three settings were good but my favorite is the orange setting that gives the most pressure. I’m a size 6.5 women shoes but with adjustment on the placement on my foot, it hits the pressure points very well, especially around the ankle and heel areas. I do enjoy and can withstand the pressure and pain but there is a significant feeling of relief after using it with two back to back sessions of about 30 minsThe plug in was also long enough to not need an extension cord and can find a comfortable seat . I did have to shift my body and slide down a bit to have a comfortable bend of my knee, but I can also push off the machine to find a comfortable posture.It’s easy to clean, I just stick the vacuum head inside the foot placement area and get any dust or dried skin out of the massager

I have ordered from Snailax in the past. I used to have a body massaging heated mat that was amazing. I recently ordered this foot massager and honestly, the only "somewhat negative" thing I can say is I wish the heat had a little more umph. Other than that I absolutely love this little machine. For me, I have a size 10 foot so, I can definitely feel the heel/achilles massage perfectly. I have plantar fasciitis and low arches so this feels AMAZING. It turns off automatically after 15 minutes but I usually do 3 rounds. 2 minimum. Definitely recommend this product. My next purchase will be something for my back. Just gotta save up for a bit. I'll definitely be back though.

I’ve never had a foot massager before. I was used to traveling to NYC and getting foot massages while I was there. Since that won’t be happening for a while, I looked into alternatives. This machine caught my attention because it seemed to have the more ways of massaging than other machines and because it had the best looking design.. It looks as good in person as it does in their pictures. Better yet, it’s massages feel very similar to a human one. The pictures in the listing are what it it does. There are three different programs to choose from, and I like all three. You can change the intensity. I like mine intense, and my husband is more in the medium range. Both of us were happy with the options. The machine has a heat option. It get warm but not overly hot. I also appreciated that the company was proactive in its communication.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a dear friend who suffers with neuropathy. Prior to the Snailax Shiatsu Foot Massager, she was using the high tech roll a tennis ball with the foot method. Needless to say, she LOVES the massager. She let me do a test drive and it is fantastic. It massages the entire foot from your heel to your toes. As it states it has 3 intensity levels. She’s up to using the second strength level and occasionally will bump it up to the third level. She told me that it “hurts so good”. She’s using it 3 times a day and she said her feet haven’t felt this good in a long time. I contacted the seller with a question, and they were VERY QUICK with a reply to my question. The product is a winner and it’s good to know that the customer service is great too.

My husband brought this for me because I had plantar fasciitis really bad and I was doing everything to relieve the pain. He was basically finding an alternative from giving me foot massages. The great thing is that it worked. It relieved my foot pain tremendously. I am so happy not I am no longer in pain. Plantar fasciitis is no more. My foot feels awesome.

It arrived broken and I have to pay to send it back!!(update: to send this broken item back, it costs $80 via ups, $120 through canada post and $40 if sent through regular post which means it may take a month to get there! So don’t wait and do it immediately with time to spare, or else, do not buy in the first place)It was packaged well but it has a power connection issue and will not turn on unless one wiggles the cable for a good five minutes and every time the machine gets accidentally moved a tiny bit, it turns off again!Of course, I decided to send it back (I never send items back). For 150$ one expects a product that's been tested.Now I found out that I have to pay for the return!! I'm fuming.For the times it did work (a few minutes at a time between constantly loosing power), it barely massaged the feet, but instead squeezed the heel so hard it hurt! over and over again and instead of massaging the feet the aircompressor inflates and deflates balloons over and over again making that awful sound and doing nothing. What a joke. Total let down!I wish reviews would have been honest and said it doesn't actually massage your feet. It should be called an air compressor and heel squeezer.

Overall I have been very pleased with my purchase. A few comments that I do have is that I would have liked for it to heat up a bit more. It's is pleasantly warm but I would have preferred having the option for a higher heat. The unit runs for 15 minutes and then auto shuts off. This is great as it means I don't lose track of time, but the required 15 minute cool down before being able to use it again was a bit of a disappointment as I would have preferred 20-30 minutes as a session time. As to comfort, I have used all 3 modes and definitely prefer the 3rd intensity setting. The only slightly uncomfortable massage is the one that presses into the side of the rear of your foot just above the heel (pressing in on the Talus?), that is strong even on the lowest setting. But perhaps it is part of the Shiatsu massage method to press harder on that spot.

There is not too much to dislike of this product. At first when it compressed and grabbed my foot scared the life out of me. That was just my first try though and I didn't get too long with it as was busy. Then last night I took my time with it. It was so amazing I felt so sleepy and tired soon after. I was feeling so relaxed. I went to bed extra early last night. I own the snailax massage mat for my bad back as well. I turned it on but fell asleep before it ever did finish it's cycle. Highly recommend this or any of their products to anyone!

This machine works so well!! I absolutely love it... I have had massage machines before but I usually found them either not very comfortable or effective.... well... I could have that machine on all day long (but I don’t of course) but it feels so good! I hope it lasts a long time!

Try to put your knees together in a straight position for long time is difficult,if you have extra weight, are you like to sit with knees apart if you impossible not to feel pain where your ankles touch the device.I finally return the item.
