I love that it comes with 90 servings. It says to do 3 per day but I have been doing 2 per day, which means it will last me 45 days. Fantastic. Add to that the fact that it has been working great, even at 2 per day. I ordered a 2nd bottle and will run 3 per day for that bottle to see if it keeps working. I have gained some weight since I started using this - but I'm noticeably leaner and my muscles are really popping. Great product.

Product is strong and works. It does have a strong odor. As far as effectiveness I give it a 4.5 stars.I am giving this distributor 2 stars for taking 5 days to get it to the post office.
