5 Stars! Quality product, looks and feels good, great value!
I REALLY like this swim suit and will probably end up buying again. I also bought the American Flag Greek Bikini style. They have great color choices. The cut is almost perfect. It does seem to dip a little in the front or at least you could say this is a small suit. I recommend buying at least 1 size up. If you do that, you should be fine. I have lots of board shorts and this suit allows you to swim so much more effortlessly and honestly, it feels like you are not even wearing a suit at all. It feels THAT good!I have also experimented with other Gary Majdell suits, namely the Classic Competition Trunk Boxer and the Contour Pouch Bikini. Those two take it to the next level. This suit is pretty minimal, thus more revealing, less family friendly, if you will. The Contour Pouch Bikini is fine for lots of places though and is truly a very comfortable suit to wear, and a close second to this one.Around the crotch is carefully tailored, holds your junk snugly and gives a modern, manly look. This suit looks and feels better "off to one side" position IMHO. "Junk down" is possible, but not comfortable for me after a short while. "Junk up" isn't possible unless you are very small there. The front crotch area is lined with soft, smooth material. The rest of the suit is unlined, but darker colors are quite safe as they are not really transparent when wet. If you are "at attention" extra care should be exercised and the string should be securely fastened or you could easily pop up and surprise everyone, not good! The back side coverage seems minimal. No crack showing IF you do what I do and that is turn the small white tag UP. That is kind of cheesy, I know, but is a good work-around. Otherwise, it shows a small amount of crack. Crouching, squatting, bending down to touch toes and twisting should be avoided, unless you are in a private area.At first, this suit takes some serious guts to wear, and you will get noticed. Once you've worn it a few times, you may never want to go back to what you had. This could become your new "go to" suit.I swim laps daily at the local Y and the suit stays on and has a simple, well-designed tie string. It is nylon or some synthetic flat-weaved string with endings having a better quality version of a standard shoelace end. It moves easily through the waist band and doesn't bind. It is neither too short nor too long, so it won't need shortening like some suits that have ridiculously long strings (Speedo). If you didn't tie it or removed the tie string, then diving would definitely be an issue. Even pushing off from flip turns could be problematic, depending on the force you use off the wall. This is a well thought-out garment, with quality materials and design. I have noticed loose threads around the waist from time to time and I carefully clip or gently pull them. I don't want to start an unravelling nightmare.I always rinse this suit in warm water, not cold, as recommended by others, and it seems to be holding up fine so far, but I haven't had it that long. After rinsing, I put it in the spinning centrifuge type dryer and then just hang to air dry. I would advise against using heat to dry any suit.As with all my suits, I try to avoid sitting directly on concrete. I use a towel. Also, my flip turns are sometimes too close and if I'm not careful, I scrape the side of the pool. This friction does add up over time and will reduce the life of the suit. This suit seems to be a good value and if it lasts for 8 months or more, then I'll be happy and would say that it really offers good bang for the buck. Having had several suits costing more than twice what this does, gives me some perspective on what features to look for and what reasonable expectations are.I know that suits of this cut are generally for young, super-slim, athletic guys, for good reason, they look really good in them. I, on the other hand, don't mind wearing what I want, even if I don't have THAT body. I don't lay out sun tanning and am not a serious body builder, but if I did, this suit would be perfect for that too. I just love to swim and this suit is a joy to swim in. It is really comfortable and feels good and looks good. Just having it actually encourages me to work out more! It is reasonably priced and well made. I don't have time to worry about what others will think. You shouldn't either. I recommend this suit. Get it! You'll be glad you did.If this review was helpful to you in any way, please let your voice be heard and click on the box "Yes" for the question, Was this review helpful? Thanks so much!😊

Skimpiest Bikini You Can Wear in Front of Your Mother
The cut is very low-waisted with a pouch more like a Speedo Solar, that is, not a protruding, posing pouch. This is a well-made bikini that is quite stretchy and is lined in front. My point of reference for all bikini swimsuits is the Speedo Men's “Swimsuit Brief Powerflex Eco Solar”, a.k.a. “1 inch” bikini. I’m 5’-6”, 136 lbs., wear 30 inch trousers, have a small butt, and I’m straight. My go-to bathing suit has long been the Speedo Solar Size 30 which fits me reliably and quite tightly and has a relatively low rise. I’ve tried numerous other no-name bikinis from Amazon and always come back to the Speedo. The photo shows the Gary Majdell Men’s “Greek Bikini Swimsuit with Contour Pouch” Sz. Small in comparison to the Speedo Solar Sz. 30. The Greek Bikini Sz Small has a smaller waist circumference than the Speedo 30 Sz. and fits me well, although it’s a little on the small side – Medium probably would have been fine. The Greek Bikini has a lower rise and less overall coverage then the Speedo. The GM has wider leg openings than the Solar and a narrower waist band (true 1 inch).I ordered the Greek Bikini in a Small as I have previously found that other GM suits run slightly large (e.g., New Contour Pouch Swimsuit). As it turns out, the Greek Bikini seems to run true to size (smaller than other GM suits) and is slightly tight which is OK given my preference for tight suits and the stretchiness of the spandex. Next time I may order both a a Small and Medium for comparison.Pros: • Runs true to size. Other GM suits I have tried run slightly large. • Very nice material and construction, although fabric is a little stretchier than Speedo which makes the smallness OK. • Pouch is small and tight - more like Speedo suits. This makes this skimpy bikini a little more modest than those with protruding posing pouches. • Adequate butt coverage even in this skimpy suit. • Front lining prevents view of junk outline. • Less expensive than Speedo. • Not made in Asia – they are still made in Canada.Cons: • The pouch isn’t really contoured, despite the name, particularly as compared to other GM suits that I have tried. The pouch will hold you in tightly like a Speedo, but you may show some side junk if you are really big. • Although these have minimally adequate coverage for the beach, those who prefer a little more modestly may prefer the Speedo. Finally, I’ve looked for a bikini that is a little skimpier and less expensive than the Solar and this one is a keeper.

Comfortable and Nice Fit
I'm 5'11", 175 lbs. with 32 1/2" to 33" waist for jeans. I ordered the medium GM Sport Greek Bikini in Charcoal and had previous purchases in New Charcoal and Baby Blue from last year. They all fit nice and snug and are form fitting. The Baby Blue brief fits a bit smaller (some slight variance in fit). I'm a bit above average in size, so the contoured pouch shows a larger bulge in front, especially when my package perks up a bit and expands it. There is good coverage in the rear, but sometimes I have to adjust the rear waistband up to cover the top most portion of my butt. Like a previous reviewer, I find that my package likes to migrate to either side, not up or down. Tying the draw string is necessary, because the package likes to stretch a bit on occasion and tries to escape the tight confines of this minimal style bikini brief, either under the waistband or out the narrower portion of the elastic leg openings near the side seams. Also, I'm a bit more hairy, so I have to make sure that it is all tucked in along the front waistband and lower leg openings. For this reason, plus the larger pouch bulge, creating a slight gap in the lower leg openings, I have to keep my legs closer together when laying down. The Sport Greek Bikini is similar to the older style Speedo Solar 1 briefs from several years ago that had a 1" side seam. I usually wear these types of briefs under board shorts on the beach or gym trunks when working out. If I go in the water, take a walk or relax on the beach, I'll just have the briefs on. They dry out quickly and are comfortable to wear. When the warmer more humid weather arrives, I usually only wear these briefs when sleeping.

Feel like a Greek god!
Perfect for the slender man, rides low and comfortable, covers the necessities. The 'shoelace' tie makes wet removal without fumbling simple.
