I like it very much. It' s easy to apply and the color very natural. I've been using it for many years.

My wife uses this product exclusively and likes the results. Unfortunately, it's hard to find this particular color (Light Ash Blonde) in stores locally. I ordered this for her to make sure she would have what she wanted. It was sent in a mailer type bag and although the bag survived the contents looked as though somebody had stomped on them. Upon opening the bag the contents of both boxes were falling out and the two packages were crushed so badly that they couldn't be closed again. This is a product that has to be shipped in a box.....not a plastic (mailer) bag. A box would at least give the product a reasonable chance at making it to the customer intact.
