Yes To Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Facial Cleanser, Acne Face Wash with Salicylic Acid Blackhead Control, Charcoal and Jojoba Oil, 5 Fl Oz

After going Cruelty Free, I found it very difficult to find products that work on aging (ugh) oily acne prone skin that didnt involve the cost of a kidney. After tons of fails I tried the Yes to Tomatoes line. HOLY GRAIL! 1 month in and my breakouts are more controlled than they ever have been in decades. Yes, I have been getting zits in my T Zone for decades...that was fun to admit. I don't know how they balanced stripping off the oil and NOT ordering my skin to immediately start spewing out replacement oil, but this stuff works! I imagine this is how folks with normal skin feel. My skin isnt dry, red, flaking, or weeping oil. It feels balanced? I guess that is the right word, honestly I have always been battling some breakout, or treating some kind of chemical burn from an acne medication. I use this daily in the shower, no burning, no itching, no drama at all. Weird--but AWESOME! I changed nothing in my makeup routine, still use a silicone based primer, foundation, blush, setting spray--everything I was previously....the only change was committing to using this cleanser daily. And the Yes to Tomatoes toner at night. I am a customer for life!!!!

I never write reviews but holy cow!!! This stuff is incredible!! I've struggled with acne and awful combination skin with peeling and oiliness since my teens. I'm 33 now and have spent so much time researching every face wash and treatments for my skin. From top of the line skincare brands to drugstore alternatives and all natural remedies I really think I have tried them all. I bought this on a whim and am so grateful I did!! I was experiencing the worst breakout of my adult life and not even makeup could help because half of it was flaking off and the other half was sliding off. I could literally see a difference the first time I washed my face with this- my huge poorest had drastically shrunk. The next few times I noticed that the redness in my face had cleared and that my makeup was staying put longer without the oiliness and dry skin. Now it's been a week and almost all of my acne is gone! The deep cysts disappeared without coming to head and the tiny bumps everywhere have smoothed out. Please please please never change the formula or stop making this!!

I've been using this stuff non-stop for about 5 or 6 years. I've tried the other Yes To products, which were okay but not my favorites, but once I tried this I was hooked. I have fairly good skin, a little dry in some areas, and I might break out here and there every once in a great while, but otherwise pretty good, and this stuff has worked perfect for me for years. For being a mostly natural product based in the U.S. it is such an affordable option as well. It's gentle enough that I use it everyday, but also has the prefect amount of beads to feel like all the grime is getting nicely scrubbed away, leaving my skin feeling clean and fresh. I love this stuff and will continue using it every night.

I am very pleased with this product. I have always had small acne prone skin..but it became pretty bad once I turned 30yrs old. I was just trying my luck with this product based on the good reviews..but I have to say it really does work. It’s very light and smells great! It leaves your skin feeling very clean and fresh afterwards. I noticed an improvement in my skin after using this product for 1 weeks. I have now added it into my daily routine. I woulda recommend giving this product a try, I’m sure you will be satisfied.

Face washes have never worked for me and I've tried a variety. I have super oily skin which caused me to breakout frequently. Within a week of using this cleanser, I've had a significant decrease in breakouts. My face feels so smooth and much less oily. It doesn't dry out of my skin either. I use lotion right after and it leaves my skin feeling a tingling soft. I'm now swearing by this! I could rave about this for hours!A lot of people were complaining that it didn't remove makeup, etc. This isn't a product for removing makeup. This is the finishing product, in a sense. After cleaning your makeup off and washing your face, you end with this. This doesn't work to help you take off makeup but to help clean your pores and remove dead skin. You can't do that with a full face of makeup so use this either at the end of the day with a clean face or in the morning when you wake up before your makeup routine.

I have tried every single acne treatment product under the sun. While, I can’t say this alone has helped me, i pair it with Neutrogena oil-free daily moisturizer and use the Yes to Tomatoes face wipes and this combination has improved my skin so much!!! I still suffer with acne because of a hormonal imbalance, but with these products I feel much more confident in my skin. I only use Almay clear complexion makeup when I do wear it, so I doesn’t clog my pores. I use this product once at the end of the day, use he wipes whenever and use the moisturizer I mentioned above twice daily. When I wake up in the morning, my skin is soft and mostly smooth. Keep your fingers off your face, as it spreads bacteria and don’t forget to wipe off your cell phone every time you talk on it, that also spreads bacteria. Clean your sheetz and pillowcasss weekly. This smells sooooo good too! I love it

I suffered from acne all throughout my teens and now, at the age of 20, I still suffer from hormonal and stress acne. I've tried every product known to me, and I've been using the YesTo line of products for about the past year. Nothing has ever kept my face clear, clean, and fresh like this facial cleanser. I am obsessed with it - it feels great, smells great, and leaves my face so clear that others notice! This is probably my favorite YesTo product, aside from some of their paper masks. I use this in conjunction with the acne daily repair treatment and if I have a particularly bad breakout, these two products used twice a day (and maybe with an acne control paper mask or the detoxifying charcoal paper mask) it will clear up completely in less than three days. I love it!
