works great on Lane recliner
My 80+ year old parents have two leather Lane recliners they bought from Costco (circa 2004?) that their then-puppy had chewed on the handles shortly after buying the chairs. When my Mom asked me to tape up the handle because it hurt her hand, I went shopping for new handles. These handles fit & work great and were easy to install. I did not use the connecting rod that came with the handle, just installed it directly.

Saved me from having to buy a new recliner
I've already replaced the mechanism but not the handle. The replacement mechanism did not sit right. This came fully assembled - which was great, has a sturdier handle, and was a cinch to install. Now I don't need to replace my recliner!

This works on a Flexsteel recliner!
This replacement handle worked on my Flexsteel recliner, but the holes on the Drive Tube did not perfectly matchup with the drive shaft on the recliner, so I had to use slightly smaller bots and nuts to secure it. That being said I was vey happy with the results!

Not true size, runs small.
Inside diameter is only 1/2 inch, outside is 5/8 and is the same size as my drive shaft.

Did not receive item pictured.
Package said glossy but contained the "Dark Brown Finish" one the seller has listed for a few dollars less. It works though so I don't care enough to try exchanging it.
