control box from hot to ring light
I received the ring lights but I did not receive the power control panel that goes from the fuse box to the lights thereself I received the ETC the extra pieces is there any way that maybe I can get a control box I have three pairs and I know they come with a control box

It won’t connect to the app. They suck and no one will get back in touch with me to return them. i ordered them early and now over 30 days and can’t return them

Bluetooth app sucks...need a remote
Having only the phone app bledim to use these lights sucks royally. The app will not connect. Fails everytime. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app still nothing. I've disconnected the bluetooth dimmer from the battery and the lights themselves....still Not connecting to bluetooth. I've used other phones...NOTHING!!

Needs to be better for the price... not satisfied expensive to install and not be satisfied
Wires leading the control box are very short for a full size car. Had to mount box under the car in the middle because I had no choice! When using Bluetooth the connection always drops because of the distance from control box. Also the phone app isn’t to good either, when you turn the lights on using the app you should be able to see if the lights are on or off without having to exit the vehicle to check. No illuminated on off button.

One Bad Ring Light
The media could not be loaded. Received Lights On Time Using Prime. Bought Used Like New. One Ring Was Not Working Properly. Other than that app connected just fine & lights were bright all except that one ring

BLEW AFTER ONE WEEK
I took these to a shop to get installed... they charge $200 for install by the way...after installation evefything was good .. until last night they shorted out.. I unplugged them and plugged them back up... and I just left the shop and he checked all of the wiring and it’s good . He said the rings just shorting out... They Won’t Even Cut off , I had to unplug them

Make sure to connect the power to make sure they all work how they should before installing
I used these lights on my truck and I only used them maybe six times then one day they turned on with out me using the app wouldn't turn off or on from the app anymore and keeps disconnecting from app it happened after 30 days so is there any way that I can send it back and get a replacement I liked how they looked just needs a better app and maybe connection box
