I absolutely love this mug but for some reason the little sliding stopper on the lid does not want to stay on. It has always been very loose and finally got to the point that it would fall off if the mug was anything but in the upright position. I’ve managed to not lose the stopper until yesterday and can’t find it anywhere. I’m bummed that I’m past the return window or I would have asked for a replacement lid.

Some people commented that the lid does not fit properly. I thought the same at first, but then realized it does that when the drink is hot and the sliding portion of the lid is closed. If you open it first (in the same position that allows you to take a sip), then place the lid in place, it won't have that problem. One thing that I don't like about the lid is that it sits kind of low making sipping out of it kind of difficult. Other than that, it keeps my cold drinks cold and my hot drinks hot!

I got this bcuz its for hot or cold drinks but all I use it for is my coffee. I love the lid closure slide. It's very insulated & keeps my coffee hot for up to 2 hrs (coffee doesn't last me longer then that to find out how much longer it can keep it hot lol)
