It does the job and the job is done well.I got it to keep my rescued dog out of a room when needed. He's a bit a of a git but I love him.

This is a very useful bit of kit for security. It works fantastically and is very quick and easy to install. Works well on carpet.

As a secondary door stop on a sliding door its great. We can leave a sliding door slightly open and propped up to stop any further movement (sliding) or use as a complete bar for additional security for the same sliding door. Seems well made and suitably chunky. Adjustment is easy

Front door would not lock bought this for temporary fix did the job perfectly well

This would be really good but does not fit exactly as in the photo. It is ether too long or too short to fit fluch horizontally to the bottom of the door. I have had to fit it slightly diagonally to the door spot can be seen from the inside and outside. I would leave a photo but there isn't the facility. Does stop the door opening.

The product is excellent easy to install and move around the house.

This is a great security product for preventing anyone from opening a door by the handle. It stops the handle from being turned by wedging it. It's especially good for emergency doors with the long bar by preventing forced entry.

Ne ho alcune e una la uso per una porta a vetro scorrevole con ottimi risultati. Consiglio inoltre di utilizzare la barra nelle porte tradizionali (e blindate con maniglia passante, ecc) mettendola di traverso e in verticale sotto la maniglia per impedire di abbassarpa dall'esterno; è una possibilità non prevista dal produttore ma ho provato e mi sono trovato bene

Comodo è comodo, sia per chi lo utilizza per ovviare ad un tentativo di ingresso che per chi desidera introdursi. Soprattutto per chi desidera introdursi poiché in sostanza non serve a nulla. Basta spingere la porta che la barra scivola indietro su normali pavimenti di casa piastrellati, non puliti e che non hanno mai visto la cera poiché sono di quelli su cui non va messa.Se mai ci si mettesse un fermo (ad esempio il proprio piede) contro il piede di questa barra, basterebbe aprire di quel poco, pochissimo, e poi dare una spallata di quelle che ho visto dare da chi le sa dare ed ha la stazza giusta. In somma non serve a niente nell'utilizzo canonico su pavimenti standard di casa moderne, non parliamo su vecchi pavimenti in stile marmoreo lucidati con cera.Il piede di questo articolo è antiscivolo ma comunque scivola. Voglio dire, uno che vuole entrare in casa di qualcun altro è furtivo, dotato di forza, di competenze ed è pronto a tutto. Se fai scendere la maniglia della porta senza esercitare una importante pressione su quest'ultima la porta rimane bloccata. Ma per questo motivo questo articolo funzionerebbe? Ma santo cielo, basta aggiungere della forza sulla porta che questa indietreggia. Allora chi commenta positivamente questo articolo probabilmente pensa che basta mettere un cartello con scritto "STOP, vietato l'ingresso" per stare al sicuro!Roba da non credere.Spero di essere stato di aiuto!

poco funzionale al tipo di finestra standard, ho dovuto mettere la barra di lato. lo vedo poco utile. Diciamo che se dovessero entrare e sono in casa almeno sito il rumore della barra che cade sul pavimento.
