Thank goodness! I finally found something that actually removes stains--& odor. We have 7 rescue cats. Enough said, right? This product makes it possible for me to continue to reside in the same house with them 😊 Oh, I love our pets, but some days, they're messy! You know that cat almost-about-to barf sound that makes you shoot out of bed like a rocket? And the even worse sound when you realize you haven't made it in time to put them out before they've made a mess? Yeah. Sadly, I know it too well these days. I keep this in a short bottle and, after picking up anything...that can be picked up...I spray this immediately and there's no stain. Removed some older stains as well.

This works very well on fresh stains, we bought a new house and our dogs are trying to get into the new routine and the older dog had an accident. However, the bigger problem is that the house we moved into had many old stains on hardwoods (in the cracks) and carpets that this product didn't work on--probably because the smells were out of the reach of the cleaner. However, I used it to clean the years of dog urine from all the baseboards, walls, and tops of floors, and it works well for that. However, deep down stains are not cleanable with this product and likely any other product would fail too.Many questions were asked regarding the ability to detect urine by black light following the use of this product. I can speak from experience here. I used this black light with great success.  UV Blacklight Flashlight Pet Urine Detector with 12 LED Ultra Violet Light - Find Dry Dog and Cat Stains on Carpets, Hard Floors & Paint - Alkaline AAA Batteries Included and Installed  If the urine is soaked with the product, then wiped off, it will not show under black light. However, without elbow grease on solid surface, the black light will still illuminate the urine that remains even if the smell is gone. If the urine is fresh on a rug, and the product is used, followed by a carpet cleaner it doesn't show up by black light. However, spraying old stains with this product on carpet, they still show up by black light and the smell remains.Bottom line, if you have new animals stains, this product works wonders, but if you have wall to wall old dog urine stains, this will work on the sealed solid surfaces, but not on old stains soaked into carpets or cracks in hardwoods. It makes sense, if it can't get to the stain it can't work on the stain. The whole experience is just plain gross. But I am happy there are products available to begin to deal with this.

This is the best pet stain remover I have come across. I have tried many and they really didn't work that well. Most left a lot of the stain behind or just diluted it. After using this, I couldn't even find where the stain was. It's easy to use and amazes me every time I have to use it. My cat vomits a lot and as any cat lover knows, those stains are extremely difficult to remove. I used to have to break out the machine, which was a royal pain.I was afraid that this would be discontinued as good things tend to be which is why I purchased this super sized bottle to refill my spray bottles with. You too will be amazed at how effective this product is.

I've been using this since I got my puppy 7 years ago. With 3 cats and a dog there is bound to be messes and this has always cleaned them up. From cat puke, to urine to feces this has done its job. I was puppy sitting one weekend and my furry visitor made a fecal mess that I wouldn't have wished on my worst enemy. Took some effort but it cleaned it up and it stayed clean. The one that amazed me the most was the time I spilled marinara sauce on my carpet. I tried several carpet cleaners but I couldn't remove the stain completely. I gave this stuff a shot and the stain came right out.

Ran out of the other stuff I used so found this at a big store and ended up loving it!! So naturally they stopped carrying it but was able to find it here. It's cleaned up all manner of pet mess so stains were never an issue after an episode. including those weird spots that mysteriously reappear after a few days. Even after a massive vomit session, you could never tell that anything had happened. Sold me on this product! As long as I have pets, I won't ever NOT have this product on hand.

I’m an animal foster parent. I have tried sooooooo many enzyme/stain/odor/disaster removers. This one is easily the best. I have light colored carpeting and 9 animals. I kind of laugh when people are amazed my house doesn’t stink, and I can honestly thank this stuff.

I like the way it helps clean the area affected by the accident and smells nice too. Decided to buy this refill. Found out original sprayer bottle has a type of lock on it's top so you have to get pliers to get it off. I then filed the nubs sticking up so its easier to get the top on and off to refill.

My cat was ill and lost control of his bowels temporarily. Needless to say, there were #2 messes on the carpet throughout the house. The smell was horrendous, but after using this product, I didn't worry about each mess thereafter. It completely, and I mean, COMPLETELY, eradicates every last molecule of offensive odor! Now, I always keep a bottle of Out! on hand. This stuff is unsurpassed in its category!!

A good product, my dog was ill and being sick. It always happened on the carpet. With oxy fast the stain and the smell were gone.

Excellent product. Use for cleaning cat sick. Absolutely no bad odour can be detected after using, and is quick to clean. Really worth the money.
