Perfect and DELICIOUS fresh ground coffee!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This Sboly coffee grinder is PERFECT for a 'coffee-holic' like me. It makes my morning coffee the best I've ever had. I am serious about my coffee. The hopper holds enough beans that you can go days without having to refill it, even if you grind enough for a 12 cup pot every day. The conical stainless steel burr grinder produces a consistent grind, very uniform. You can select from 2 to 12 cups, and it will stop automatically at the correct amount of grounds. It's really easy to clean with the included measuring spoon/brush. It also will grind from the 'American corse' down to the finest espresso grind (nearly a powder). The resulting coffee is fresh and delicious. great purchase. Five stars.

Not sure what the fuss is about. (Great unit!)
TL;DR first: It's a cheap unit. It works perfectly fine with that in mind.Edit 11/14/2020:I've since switched from flavored coffee to traditional, and the slightly lower moisture in the beans brought the issues most people complain about out. However, at this price point, you should have NO expectation that they're using premium anti-static plastics. This is one of the cheapest burr grinders you can get for crying out loud, and Lexan (the durable, static-free plastic commonly used in products like this at a higher price point) is quite expensive. It's also a luxury with things like coffee, and not a necessity, like it would be for a product where a fraction of a gram matters. Also, it only tends to 'burp' grounds when it needs to be cleaned, so I tend to just use it having a little accident as a reminder to pop it apart next time the hopper needs to be filled and give it a good brushing. The entitled whiners think they'll be getting a 200+ dollar unit for this price. Keep in mind what you're paying when you're buying and adjust your expectations accordingly!Original review:I really don't get what most people down in the one star reviews are complaining about. When it comes to grounds being all over, or things grinding oddly. I've never had either of those problems. The volume metering works great, the grind setting meter works well for both drip and for making it coarser for when I want to break out the perk pot.I don't know why people are complaining about it 'getting grounds everywhere' either. The grounds cup and lid fit together and into the unit very snugly and everything gets put right where it belongs during the grinding process. I've never even had minor dust accumulation on the top cover of the cup.My best guess as to what they're doing wrong is that maybe they're buying cheap garbage beans that are burned to heck and have no oil content left. I don't know, though, I'm no expert on coffee. I just know that from my nearly three months of ownership, I've never seen any of these issues that some people are complaining so angrily about, and that's the only thing I can think of that could cause them (aside from very low humidity winter conditions, which would ALSO be user error, just like feeding it trash beans). If anything changes I'll update my review accordingly.

Good Consistency of Grounded Beans
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The most important factor for me is consistency of grounds. Tried from extra fine to coarse. Just Perfect! Also, the fact I can rely on durability of stainless steel burr mill and the perfect size (not small, not big, just perfect size) and the most deciding factor, "incredibly affordable price for such quality COFFEE BEAN GRINDER!". It grinds so well and continuously unlike the other one I had to return, minor discomfort like remains of coffee powder messing up, sticking up, etc. etc. are just lazy complaints I will not make. Instead, I just tap the container when the job is finished.

Beautiful & Compact Stainless Steel Coffee Grinder
This is a beautiful stainless steel coffee grinder that will go along with all your stainless steel appliances. It is also very compact and won't take up much space. Whether you leave it on the countertop or decide to store it away in a cabinet. Love the different grind sizes available to me. I love to make cold brew so the "coarse" grind option comes very in handy, but you can also choose extra fine or anything in between. This coffee grinder is NOT very loud which I LOVE (won't wake up everybody in the house in the morning), because I've used other grinders that are very loud. It also grinds the coffee beans pretty quickly (normally just a few seconds). The option to choose how many tablespoons to grind is very useful, and it comes with an included tablespoon measurement.

Neat grinder, but difficult to get set up initially
The only reservation I have found is that as shipped, the supposedly removable to clean top but is frozen in place. I certainly could not turn it counter clockwise to remove it with my fingers. I checked the questions on Amazon about the product and found that many others had exactly this problem. Some folks were even returning it because of this. Such crummy quality control at the factory! But be aware it can be solved...provided you have a huge pair of pliers. Once the thing breaks loose, this is a very nice machined.Controls are well functioning and intuitive. Noise is less than I would have thought. The grind is wonderfully uniform.I had anticipated problems with static electricity, the bugaboo of burr grinders. I actually gave one away years ago because this bothered me so much. No problem at all with this machine, though I would caution that I was not grinding frozen beans, which seems to help.Ths unit was a bargain, methinks, thanks to the coupon offer that appeared on the Amazon site. Love those coupons! They are so easy to use and certainly tip me toward purchasing anything I am browsing. Shipping , as always with an Amazon purchase was super quick (Next day, in fact at no extra charge. Overall I am well pleased...after I got the bloody burr thingie loosened up.By the way, what is meant by Amazon when they want us to rate "Sheerness"?

Good value grinder
I bought this grinder after struggling with a hand operated grinder for a while - coffee was becoming a chore rather than a pleasure, so an electric grinder was definitely needed. I've never heard of this brand, but online reviews seemed favourable, and the price was good - I paid £49.99.The grinder is simply packaged, just a box and polystyrene packaging, but no other plastic. I was pleased how compact the unit is, a lot of grinders I looked at were tall with large hoppers for coffee beans. I grind beans on demand and so didn't want a large machine that can hold a kilogram of beans! The unit is simple to operate, with a lever to alter grind size from fine to coarse. There are click-stops for this, so it's not infinitely adjustable. The steps seemed fine for me though. I grind for an Aeropress and have it a little bit coarser than the medium setting. You can grind by number of cups, or just just use the on-off switch - nice and simple.I've never had an electric grinder before and I was surprised just how quick it is - 20g of coffee is done in just a few seconds, impressive. In use it's quite noisy, I've not had anything to compare it too so I don't know if it's a a particularly noisy machine, but it reminds me of an electric hedge trimmer. The coffee itself is ground well enough for me, I'm no coffee expert but I'm happy with the size and evenness of the grind. The only real negative I have about the machine is that the coffee is affected by static. Whether it's because of the plastic components or the speed of the grind I don't know, but the coffee sticks to everything and can be quite messy. The good:• Good price• Very fast• CompactThe bad:• Noisy• Static• Plastic receptacleOverall, very pleased with this machine - recommended!

Very good grinder!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I have always been someone who enjoyed drinking coffee, but never had the guts to try the whole process.I decided to take the plunge and buy this grinder as well as an espresso machine. I was definitely surprised by how advanced machines like this are! This coffee grinder gets the grind perfect every time! There are lots of settings to choose from - depending on how coarse or fine you like your coffee. I enjoy drinking espresso and chose extra fine! The grinder works very quietly (compared to other grinders) and it is also quite quick with the grinding process! The grinder is also very easy to clean and has lots of detachable parts (see pictures). The grinding components are very sharp and the coffee is always evenly grinded! It also looks very stylish for all types of kitchens!

Fantastic grind quality - so much better than a disc burr - fantastic price
I never leave reviews normally, but oh wow this grinder is SO much better than the old Krups GVX231 that just died on me. I never did get a decent fine grind from the Krups (it was still coarse). My first espresso from the Sboly was rich, tasty with a good crema, the grind was fine and uniform. Brilliant. The difference is that the Sboly has a proper conical burr (the Krups is a plate burr) which gives the finer grind. At £59.99 this is half the price of most other entry level conical burr grinders and not that much more than the Krups. What is not to like? The dimensions in the description are for the box it comes in, the grinder itself is a very similar size to the Krups, just with a wider hopper.

Coffee has Never Tasted Better!
This isn't any small coffee grinder like I used to have, this is the real deal, and looks beautiful on the counter. And will suit any type of kitchen layouts. First off I would like to say how nicely packaged the coffee grinder arrived soon as you open the box the manual is on top and everything inside has it's own spot first impressions are everything. We live in a big home with many coffee drinkers. Who all appreciate fresh coffee beans. But have always used a small coffee grinder and resulting in me having to grind up beans every day. Now not so much. I am able to choose from a few different settings to grind up the coffee beans. Easy to clean and best to do it monthly or more. This machine is way better than a traditional coffee grinder as the blade is crushing the coffee beans rather than blowing up to tiny pieces. Comes with everything even a spoon! All you need is some good fresh coffee beans. The see-through design I am able to see the amount of ground coffee as well as the coffee beans at the top. Comes with a 1-year warranty in case any problems arise.
