Very pretty case; met most expectations
The case is pretty, easy to install and performs within basic expectations and parameters. As with most pre-2022 MacBook Air cases, this item does not easily open beyond a 100-120 degree angle without doing some very minimal damage to the edges of the case along the back. Honestly, it's nothing to worry about as in almost every other regard the case does what is asked of it.This user would have preferred a slightly more 'rubberized' feel to the top and bottom of the case, as that makes one's MacBook feel more secure when lifting, holding and carrying. That issue is a very minor one as I am certain many have no problem whatsoever with the plastic feel of the case.The keyboard cover is practical and attractive, although it may take a day or so of use before one fully adapts to the protector when typing.Truly, given the price point and and features, this MacBook Air cover is a very good buy.

Pretty Design
Can't remark on durability because I just received it. Simple to install. Would have liked the design on the keyboard protector.

I love how the colors meshes so well together!
I just wanted something different and have the option to change them out whenever I felt like it. Also its so pretty and these are my favorite colors and also has the stars on the background (I love all things astronomy) with the Mandela.

Very nice, but hard to put on my computer.
This case is very appealing to the eye. I really like the texture of the keyboard. However, the case was very hard to put on my computer, it was almost like it was to small ( but I know it is the correct size). I did get it to go on and it seems to be fine once it is on the computer. The texture of the keyboard is very soft. I was worried about not being able to see the letters underneath the print, but its very easy to see the letters. Overall, I recommend this!

Very beautiful case, was quite hard to install the top but eventually it popped on.
This is quite a beautiful case, was pretty hard to install the top but eventually it popped on. Hopefully this mean it will stay well. Seems like a sturdy material, nice matte look. Thought some had issues with this, my case opened easily past 90 degrees. It also came with some nice bonus items including a screen protector. For reference, I have a 2018 13 inch MacBook Air

The top part fits well, easy to put on, cute, affordable. Durability will tell with time, but I am mostly happy with it. The only issue is the bottom piece. It doesn’t fit well for some reason. It just barely won’t clip on. I kept pressing and pressing and it just won’t. So I’m just using the top piece.

Keyboard cover did not correspond to model A2179
Overall the cover is a nice fit for the model A2179, but the keyboard cover didn't fit to this model. The layout of the keyboard is quite different.
