It's lamination is not good .Screne lamination is coming out & torned .

Karbonn not supplying KX3 mobile phone battery, phone back cover through Mobicare, 1, Nandan Bagan Lane, Kolkata 700004 since May, 2021 10 months passed. Karbonn been intimated to send battery & back cover, through email & 1860 number, 1860 has English/Hindi option, the Punjabi telephone operator seems has ear problem, cannot speak English too. This pretension going on. The back cover too delicate. Mobicare says their private internet service provider sever dead, they should take BSNL ADSL connection. Mobicare refuses work, demands all support paper, photo, refuses Job Sheet number. Karbonn asks to physically meet Mobicare, collect job sheet number, else they cannot place order for battery & back cover on their New Delhi branch, which has no email-id declared. They do not provide mobile phone number instead of 1860 number.

This mobile have loud sound for ringtone but the earpiece volume is very low. The cellular network antenna is also very bad. It looses signal always.The thing I loved was the wireless radio available in the phone, that is you can listen to radio even if you don't connect headphones.
