Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Brow Color, Medium, 1 Count

All of my adult life, my thought process has been, "Without the eyebrows on point, there is no point." That mindset has led me to a multitude of products and application styles over the past 30 (adult) years; most of which have been very good. As I've become older, I spend roughly 20 minutes getting my eyebrows just right - mainly because they have become more sparse, and I'm a perfectionist. I was using the Tarte Frameworker Brow Pomade along with the Kat Von D Pomade Brow Brush #70 which - once set - I had eyebrows for 24 hours, so I was happy. Then about two months ago, the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Brow Pen popped up on my Instagram feed, so I did some research, read lots of reviews and decided to give it a try. I have normal to slightly oily skin, so I first wiped over my eyebrows with a cotton ball and alcohol to remove any oil, then using the tips from another reviewer, I made a few LIGHT strokes and took a look...I was like, this is impossible! In less than 2 minutes, I had PERFECT brows on both eyes! I quickly grabbed a tissue and wiped over each one...still perfect! The next morning, they still looked amazing. During the first week, I put this product through some different scenarios, and the only issue I found was the claim that it's sweat proof. One of the first places I sweat is my face - and especially my eyebrows. One evening I got dolled up, and after a few minutes of being outside, I felt my eyebrows starting to sweat, so I blotted them and saw a tiny bit of brown on my tissue. I was so disappointed, because I had finally found my holy grail for eyebrows. The next day, an over-100 degrees day, I tried something a little different; I applied the product as usual, then I sealed my brows with an eyebrow wax and lightly dusted them with my powder foundation to take away the glossy look...went outside for 10 minutes, and Voila! This product is an overachiever, a SUPERSTAR by all intents and purposes! If you use the tips that other reviewers have shared, you can have perfect brows, too!

Wow! Why did I not get this sooner?! This is exactly what I needed. I've spent hundreds of dollars in brow products. I have Anastasia brow pencils, Benefit brow pencils, Benefit Kabrow pomade, and Benefit Gimme Brow just to name a few. Lately I've been using the Benefit Kabrow pomade and a fine detail paint brush from a craft store to try to mimic hair strokes. It takes forever with that method, and it's hard to get thin hair-like strokes. This Stila brow pen is amazing! It creates perfect hair-like strokes. It takes half the time to do my brows as it does with the pomade. I've seen other reviews on this pen where they have talked about it drying out quickly and only lasting like a month. I just got this so I don't know about that, but honestly even if it only lasted a few weeks I don't care. Paying $21 a month for the look that this pen gives my brows is totally worth it in my opinion. I'm so, so happy with this pen!**UPDATE**Today is 7/22/18. I've had this pen for a couple months, and it's still going strong. I have found that if I pinch the very end (literally the tippity tip) of this pen between my thumb and middle fingernails and pull just a teeny tiny bit of the fibers, it completely renews the pen like new. I hope I'm describing this technique adequately because it works very well to increase the longevity of the pen. I don't see it drying up any time soon.

I loved this the 1st time I used it -- easy application, the most natural-looking brow product I've ever tried, lasted several hours, and reasonably priced at $8.40. I thought I'd found The One when it comes to eyebrow enhancement.The 2nd morning, I was dismayed to find the Stila useless. I got part of one brow filled in and then nothing. The Stila was dry as a bone. Several times, I tried tapping it on a counter and dampening the brush to try to get pigment flowing again, but still dry. So disappointing. I started storing it upside down overnight to see if that would replenish the product in the brush. It did, but only enough for one brow at a time. No amount of shaking, tapping on a counter, etc., would supply enough to do the other brow. So frustrating!I loved the initial application so much that I finally decided to give the Stila another try. Nine months later, though, the price has jumped from $8.40 to $22.00. And the reviews are so mixed. I'll pass.

I've been using this for a few years and I love love it! I won't ever use powder or creme versions or anything else.I'm pretty active and can't stand when wiping my sweat away meant wiping my eyebrows away. Or if I went swimming, they'd totally be cleaned off when I came out of the water. This is waterproof and so much better, but I will say that it isn't so waterproof that it won't come off.The only thing I don't like is the price, but I've tried other Japanese versions of this and they aren't comparable. Don't waste your money trying them.I use this on a daily basis and each one lasts me a good 4-6 months, as long as I remain patient with the layering process as it starts to run low.Tip #1: If you think it's not working for you, do this test. Try it when the skin on your eyebrow area is totally bare. No skin products on it whatsoever. If you notice it goes on well, then you have a product that you put on in that area that is working against it. If it still doesn't work, then it's faulty.Tip #2: A salesperson at Sephora told me to use a mascara wand to go over it after I put it on. She said that it would make it look more natural. Since it's marker-like, I didn't really believe her, but it's true. Running a mascara wand over it makes it look more natural.

Con il pennellino unico di precisione riesco a disegnare i peletti mancanti e grazie al colore scelto, che si conforma perfettamente al mio ( sono castana ed ho scelto il dark brown) , l’effetto finale è favoloso e naturale. ConsogliatissimoSe proprio devo fare una considerazione, se fosse un po’ più grande non sarebbe male
