Hard on sensitive stomachs
I have a very sensitive stomach and I cannot take this. The minerals are too hard to digest. I spent a day in agony and this was the only thing that I took out of the ordinary. It was expensive. I wish I could return it.

Fantastic mineral supplement!
The electrolyte trace minerals by Crystalloid are a great way to supplement your minerals! We currently use a reverse osmosis system to filter our water from impurities and toxins, but it also strips our water from the beneficial minerals. I was happy to find this product as a way to supplement those missing and critical minerals, and it appears to work well so far. I typically make up water bottles ahead of time and store them in the fridge, so it was easy just to add a small amount of the trace minerals. We can't even taste it in our water, so that is also a benefit. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to supplement their minerals. Homemade sports drink
In my pursuit of eliminating chemical sweeteners while eating a low carb diet, I needed a solution to replace the sports drinks my family enjoys. I add a bit of these minerals to water, add a squeeze of lemon and stevia and we have an acceptable alternative that both my husband and son enjoy. I'm no expert, but I've used trace minerals before and this product compares well to any I've used in the past. I recieved this bottle at a discount for my honest review. I'd definitely buy it again

I really struggle with potassium and iodine in my diet ...
I really struggle with potassium and iodine in my diet. I'm a bit deficient in both. This seems to help my intake. I typically drink water but sometimes it just doesn't seem to quench my thirst. This seems to alleviate that. This is a rather large bottle that will last a while. It's flavorless in my drink and gives extra hydration I need.Please note that I received this product at a discount in order to provide a fair and honest review.
