An Italian company from Piemonte, called Flambar, produces many of our preserved whole fruits. Flambar's years of experience in the preservation of fruit has allowed them to create an exclusive collection of fruits in liquors. Their small bite sized apples in green apple liqueur and grappa are a new taste experience. The cherry sized apples absorb much of the liqueur while staying nice and crunchy. Use Flambar apples in liqueur to liven up an apple martini, on ice cream or with mascarpone dolloped on top. With typical Italian flair, Flambar has placed their apples in liqueur in a lovely glass carafe that can be reused time and again.
