My daughter is happy with her book

Excellent and very interesting historical book detailing the achievements of electrical genius Nikola Tesla. Many wonderful illustrations and photographs explaining his amazing electrical inventions in a non-technical way. Without his many discoveries and developments in the field of alternating current (AC) electricity and his practical inventions to harness its power, including essential AC generators and motors, modern life as we know it would not be possible.

Great book if your interested in Mr. Tesla or early electronics history. Light on the text, but many great pictures. Very interesting man.

Very entertaining book about a fascinating scientist that only recently has begun to receive the fame he deserves. Highly recommended.

Great book

Very disappointing. This reads almost like a comparison of Tesla against his then current contempories. Years ago I bought my father a book on Tesla which was far superior to this book which detailed his early life and was packed fully of information on the man his background and his subsequent motivation, experiments and amazing achievements. It also talked about his final years living almost in poverty in a hotel because he did not own anything and was incapable of living by himself (unknowingly saved only by his friends).
