So far, I'm finding this to work. Experimenting with a 10 day schedule. Have not changed anything diet or exercise and have lost 2 lbs and 3 inches off my waist in one week (7 days). Plan to continue with added exercise for next step.

So far I have been taking product for a week. I haven't weighed myself but my clothes are loose. It has curbed my appetite, no sleep issues or stomach issues or side effects. I plan to continue using and would recommend this product.

Nothing against this brand, but this supplement makes me ravenous! I have tried different brands with the same result! I would be 300 lbs. if I stayed on this. Never heard of it affecting anyone else like this.

DIDN'T WORKED FOR ME..
Purchased this product but wasn't to my expectation N satisfaction.. I wished it did but haven't lost an ounce.. Sorry to say, but it just didn't worked for me...

I've only taken it once, but it made me feel strange - somewhat wired. There is no way I would take it with the evening meal. It may work as advertised, but it's not for me. I'm going to cut the dosage in half and finish the bottle.

This product working well,only been using it a few days.It does what it says,especially appetite control,energy increase . There are imitation out there with cheap prices but I did research on this brand and it's 1 of 3 that is legit. But you get what you pay for. Update: Apr. 25, in 4 months I've lost 45 pounds, with only taken it twice a day instead of three times. Was at 345 Lbs. On December 1st also you feel the drive to get up an exercise at least 30 minutes a day, simply walking if someone don't like public gym. In which I have exercise equipment in my home so I do a little extra at my convenience
