Once I figured out I had the base upside down I was happy with its level ness. IDK. This thing is cool. Good effectiveness and the monkey dude is zen AF. Good distribution of scent. Fills the large room. I think it came with cones. Put those in the garbage and buy quality ones.

This would've been a super cute incense burner if it didn't damage my bookshelf. The smoke from the incense leaks out of the bottom where the glass is mounted. The smoke residue stained my white bookshelf and now there is a yellow mark and smells of burnt paper/incense. I've done everything to get it out (clorox wipes, clorox bleach spray, scuff sponge). It won't come out at all. Definitely just a cute statue now can't use it for its intended purpose.

It works okay. Smoke isn't as thick as picture and it's all detachable and wobbly, but it works.

I would better if the cylinder was made out of glass.

This product is beautiful and the little monkey is so cute. I have 2 pics cause the first shipment it came in smashed. But the seller was wonderful and helpful and send me a new one when all I needed was just the glass.

Looks good. The burner comes with a free bag of cones, so that's good (particularly as I'm still waiting for the bag I bought separately to arrive!). Most of the smoke goes into the tube (over the monkey), but not all - some goes straight up in the air. This is fine, as it helps the aroma move around the room a little better. The smoke leaves an oily residual on the counter though, so I have the burner sitting on a side plate to protect my desk. The cones are tiny and don't burn for very long, but they do smell lovely. The clear cylinder is made of plastic, not glass. Overall, it's a Yes from me.

The "shield" thing is thick, good quality. Unlike some other ones that are flimsy or scratchy/not clear. This one is great!Cone incense a bit stinky but I'm probably just not used to it?

Came in very securely packaged, and the dome was not made of glass but in fact plexiglass, which is good in my opinion. Unfortunately it did not come with the cones like it said it would in the description. So i have not had the chance to use it yet...

The media could not be loaded.  The product is good, it comes with 50 cones, no damage, the glass is actually plastic, cone last 5 min and the only thing I’ve noticed is after finishing the cone, it will leave some kind of oil in the cone mount and inside the base. But overall it is a good product.

Gave it to hubby and he loves it. Good size for value
