Glass chips when opening/closing
Wire closure causes pieces of glass to chip off when opening and closing. Having to throw entire contents away for fear of ingesting glass.

6 months in and beginning to wear
So I bought this product for the leak proof seal and it did exactly what I needed to do. HOWEVER, a bit of a design flaw in my opinion, the front of the clamp applies a lot of pressure the bottle. This has caused the bottle to begin chipping for me. I'm able to slide the clamp to another side of the bottle and it works but, who knows if that chip could've been worst. All in all a good product that could be a bit more durable.
