We are all incredibly pleased! Extremely adjustable. Comes with so many heads! The whole family is able to share. My five year old can floss by herself with this and the pressure is so adjustable that I can turn it up high and she can use it on low. We had two different waterpiks in the past but I never got quite enough pressure. I thought let me try this bargain priced item and just see. Well, we love it so much more than the much more expensive models. The size and shape fits very well on our bathroom counter not taking up too much space for the workhorse it is. One nice bonus is the tongue cleaner, I wasn’t expecting this in the package and now I don’t want to live without it. Using the tongue attachment my breath stays fresher so much longer throughout the day. If you’re just getting into water flossing or you don’t want to spend a ton this is a wonderful low-priced, high-quality option. One downside is the rotating toothbrush head, it works okay but doesn’t spin well if any pressure from your teeth is applied. So we don’t use it. But, someone used to sonic toothbrushes or with a light touch might still like it. Overall great buy!

I was so happy to order this water pik. The price was great and it had extra tools to use. I love the pressure settings. So far I am only able to stand up to setting #2. The pressure feels so good on my gums. It is very satisfying. What I didn't expect was to be able to replace this with my regular hand flossing routine (I have several spaces between my teeth, otherwise I wouldn't recommend doing this). I only floss maybe once a week using the hand flosser, if that, because I use the pik 2-3 times a day or just for the heck of it. Once again, once my spaces close up with my braces, I will more than likely go back to flossing regularly with the hand floss. This water pik works wonders!I specifically purchased this because I am officially a brace face now. I am so glad I chose this one over the small black one you see all over YouTube!

If you are a first time user. Step 1 put in mouth before turning on. Things got a little wild. Also pro tip keep mouth closed.

It has been more than a month and it works well, just as expected. There a couple of things why I chose this brand. Of course, prices is important and this one is only 30 dollars, which is awesome. So, one thing is that if you remove the water container (or whatever you call it), it does not drip the water, which is very convenient. Also, the power button and the flosser handle are on the same side, which it makes very easy to use it (pick up the handle and push the button, if the flosser is placed again a wall). And lastly, there is a magnet the holds the handle in place - this way it is a one-hand operation and the cord is kept in place very neatly.

After several years of daily use the connecter tubing started leaking. I initially thought about trying to replace it as the rest of the unit was still in great shape. Instead I now have a second Flosser and it's working just as well as the first.

I love this product because it cleans my teeth so well: even after brushing 2 or 3 minutes with my electric Oral B and thinking my teeth have to be clean now, I use the water flosser, and more tiny food particles are washed away. I love water flossers. I wish I had be using one years ago. I got this one for my brother, and he is hooked now too.

Compares well with Water-Pik product and is considerably less expensive. The only improvement needed is on the power setting dial: it's difficult to read the number settings, and the numbers are on every other setting.

The pressure is good but the valve on the bottom, after about 2 weeks, the reservoir leaks badly when you refill it. I would like a bigger reservoir also. I ordered a different brand and completely satisfied with the new one it had 2 different sizes of reservoirs, 300 and 1000 ml
