Seweryn Dried Mushrooms Polish Forest Mix Sliced 1lb Product from Poland

I have extremely high standards for dried mushrooms and vegetables. I am practically a dried mushrooms snob. Of course with mushrooms things are pretty much good or gone wrong. These are solid 4.5. Could use more flavor. Otherwise impeccable, clean, etc.

We baked pizza and adding these mushrooms on top. Absolutely perfect taste!

Haven’t tried them yet but they look like they will make good mushroom soup.

I have ordered from Seweryn several times in the past and was always satisfied. This batch of mushrooms was very tough even after soaking overnight, then simmering in soup for 2-3 hours. Disappointing.

These mushrooms have no smell at all. They looks very nice, big chunks, very clean and they came very fast but they don't smell like dried mushroom.
