D'Andrea Pro Tele Guitar Pickguard, Blue Swirl Pearl

As I have been building teleparts casters for a little while now and do not see any reason to stop, I love having a "library" of pickguard options. Some of them I may never use, some I may install and change later ... It's much easier to visually compare one to another or see it against various finishes. I have a row of 5 tele and 5 strat pickguards hanging on finish nails on my workshop wall. I can stack more than 5 on each nail which makes for a cool selection to try out. Sometimes I just slip one over the existing one and leave it with the strings holding it in place and temporarily "live' with it for enough time to see it in different light or with me in a different mood, see what friends think of the color combinations. Have fun !

It definitely added some character to my classic vibes 50's telecaster! The plain black pickguard was kind of boring. I did have to drill three more holes and buy some additional screws. But it was an easy install and it looks great. Oh, and no static so far.

I love this pick guard. The color is beautiful in person and the quality feels good.

This fit my Squier affinity telecaster perfectly. There are two holes for the neck pick up that you dont need if you are using stock or body mounted pickups. All screw holes line up perfectly and no overlap on the control plate.A little snug around the neck but still easy to change without removing strings. The color is also very vibrant. Dont forget to peel the protective film off before you install the pickguard though. It's easier than trying to get it from under the strings.

"After" My apologies to the D'Andrea picgard people, the problem was a clear plastic film that I should have removed. After reaching out for a return for it, they responded that they would send me another one. Then Rob at Tesi switch ask me to see if it was the protective film, and it was and after removing it it looks great. Thanks to Rob for his quick responce to my problem. "BEFORE" The fit was ok but only on the guitar a couple of weeks and check the picture, starting to wrinkel and getting worse?

The color was as expected. This was for a new guitar build so I can't speak to how the screw holes lined up. I'd have given it a 5 star review except the edges were rough in a couple of places and I had to sand them a bit to get them smooth.

I bought the silver sparkle pickguard for a red sparkle Tele. It looks absolutely gorgeous and really makes the red sparkle body pop and shine! Perfect fit and the screw holes match perfectly!! Fantastic buy!!
