So disappointed... I loved the look of this bag. I have Frye boots and they’re amazing. I love them, as I wanted to love this bag! I carried the bag for a week and it’s already falling apart.

Although I absolutely love the brand, I’m very surprised and disappointed about the poor craftsmanship of the bag I purchased. Earlier today, I noticed the stitching that joins the strap to the bag coming loose. By the time I got home it pretty much fell apart. For spending $200, I expected this bag to last for years, not days!

My wife loves this brand, but the strap broke in less than a week. Maybe it was a fluke, or maybe it was counterfeit - we can't be sure. Returning. If the seller contacts us and convinces us to try another then this review could get updated with a follow-up. We'll see. But for now, buyer beware!

I wish I had listened to the other reviews! Mine arrived with a broken strap. Unacceptable!

Simple design that works with casual good looks. I like the natural look of this urea vegetable tanned leather. However It is noticeable that its made out of a tropical leather, as it does not have the graining of a North American hide nor the integrity, as in it has a few flaws, but it's not too far off. My wife really likes it. The stitching looks very good on this one. From my experience many high end leather bags like Hartman or TUMI will all need a stitch fixed now & then. If what you see at Walmart is one star, then this is a ten star, yet not comparable to high end Italian leather, apples to oranges that is, it's for a different look for a different time. We have a Valid Choice here!

I love this purse. The ice color is a soft gray and will work well year round. Unlike others, I found this to be the exact size I wanted. It carries my wallet, Samsung Note 8, and keys just fine. And there's room left over for a lipstick, emery board, and nail clippers. There is no bulging when fully loaded with the items I listed. The leather is supple and the styling is classic. Love it.

I have the tan Melissa Frye Crossbody, and this Metallic version is just as beautiful and goes with my summer sandals perfectly!! These really are both the best crossbody purses I have owned. Don't get me wrong, I love my Dooney's, but this Frye Melissa design holds so much, yet is a slim design. Holds my glasses, sunglasses, full size wallet, 2 phones and keys, with enough room for lip balm. :) Not to mention, this is 50% off of the original price of $200. Just love it and can't wait to show it off!!

Why did Frye stop using their distinctive lining for their bags?? First they stopped using the metal “hang tags” - and now it’s that they are lining their bags with cheap fabric ... otherwise, I do like the purse a lot. The color is fantastic - and the leather is wonderful. It is a small bag - but if you are looking for a quality bag (and are not too picky about its lining!!) and want it to be a small bag try this out out. Again - it’s the best navy blue leather!!

The bag was delivered fast and efficiently.I love the bag because it wasn't too big and not too small. The leather is soft and has that leathery smell to it. It also has a dust cover to protect the bag from scratches. But looking at it closely it is slightly different from the picture on the web. My first reaction on the bag was "this doesn't look like leather it looks like a faux leather!". I don't know if they intentionally put some brush strokes on the metallic shine of the bag but it makes it look cheap. Overall, I think it was a good buy for an everyday bag. The price (of $145.00) was also the reason why I bought this bag.

Great size and great quality for the price. I bought it for my fiancé and loves it. We are trying to buy better quality and buy less often to be a bit more sustainable. This fits the bill. She also wanted a purse that was small and functional. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I love the look of the purse, however it damages so very easy. I was so excited for my first Amazon purchase to open it and it appears a box cutter was used to open the parcel along the way leaving a long scratch in the purse. The plastics were all intact. I was in the middle of moving so my fault, I missed the return window and am left with a damaged purse..

It was a nice leather bag. It did not have enough space inside it. However I kept it.
