I Love it !

The shelf looks beautiful but it don’t fit properly on the cleat. Only 1 month after hanging the shelf the Top corner on one side had to be fixed because it was coming apart where the preinstalled screws were. Also it don’t sit flat on the wall because the cleat does not hold the shelf. So it is no longer a floating shelf.... I had to purchase 4 heavy duty shelf brackets to hold the shelf up properly

Met our expectations, happy with the purchase. Very good value for a finished 6 ft mantel. Installs relatively easy. I would have liked a longer cleat to hit 4 studs instead of 3.

The product arrived damaged. I am in the process of trying to reconcile with Amazon/Bjorn Woodworks. I will repost if this issue is resolved.

I really like the look of the mantle. It's beautiful. However, it arrived damaged and it was going to take Amazon another two months to ship another one and I had to figure out some way to return this huge thing myself. My husband ended up fixing it so we could get it installed.

Absolutely beautiful but a pain to put up. Your going to have find the beams in the wall to mount it’s a 2 person job and ur gonna need power tools

Maybe I didn’t read the description carefully enough. I was expecting a 4x8 hunk of driftwood.This is some old pallet wood, 1x’s, screwed together to make a 4x8 box.It’s screwed very nicely together, and has some nice paint on it, but not at all what I was expecting.The boards have some rough areas - I suspect that’s intentional to make it look more rustic, but it doesn’t really since it’s boards screwed together and the rough spots don’t line up well - it just looks like some recycled pallet wood with a paint job.
