A nice change from the traditional bungy cables used in a gym home. I feel like the tension will not lessen over time and I’m so excited to continue using these in my workouts.

Recovering from torn rotator cuff. After 3 mos of PT, I found these bands were very effective at building strength in the muscles in my upper back & shoulders. Very comfortable hand grips & smooth, steady tension.

Love the product but came with a horrible smell. Had to spray it done with lysol and let it dry twice to get most of the smell to a decent smell.

Great product

These are really well made. I am a bit intimidated by the weight area at my gym when there are a lot of people there so these are great for doing certain exercises at home. These are durable and my husband enjoys using them as well. You do feel like you've received a good workout after using these bands.

I had other resistance bands before and this one is the best quality, but you have to know that these bands are not to grow muscle, but to tonify them.

The fabric coating in the outside of the band is practically useless. Overpriced product, you can get cheaper alternative through ROGUE Fitness or ONNIT. Does the job though if you don’t care about the price

Arrived fast and it's a very good quality product. I'm always afraid bands will break and hit me in the face, but this one I don't worry about.

Needed for Physio exercises. The handle doesn’t move as smoothly as a similar device at the Physio which is why I removed a star. It has a good amount of tension and so it works pretty well.
