Soft Italia Topcase, Vega 33L

The case fits fine to our Vespa XL150 scooter but the case has it's drawbacks too.The case doesn't fit tightly so it rattles when you are riding the scooter. I had to add some insulation foam to the inside of the case to have it stop rattling. The manufacture failed to inform me of the proper rack you the scooter must have before it can be installed on the scooter. This was another $100 to get the proper rack to install the case.The manufacture also charged us a 10% restocking fee plus postage to send back our original purchase as the color didn't match our scooter. We then chose the white top case to go along with our light blue scooter.

I bought this for my Genuine Buddy 50, here's my views:Pros:- looks great, nice finish,- 28L roomy enough for essentials like my helmet and shoulder bag while ridingCons:- fell off while riding - mounting plate seemed flimsy and ultimately failed! The box actually fell off while i was riding in to work, luckily i was in slow moving traffic so i could recover my belongings from inside the case... i had to leave the empty case on the side of the road!- you have to turn the key to close the top (otherwise the locking mechanism hits the catch and prevents the top from closing)The case itself is nice, but i had major issues with the quality of the mounting plate. Perhaps you'd have beeter success with different hardware or if you reinforced it somehow... but buyer beware as is.
