This was bought for my children to play with and learn how to balance. Although this is much smaller than I thought the kids have had so much fun and time spent enjoying themselves with such a simple little item.They have tried to spin, twist and the on the ballet disc. They also love to put a book on top of it and sit on their bums and spin each other on it lol.The disc is about the size of your hand and works very simply by giving a small platform that turns easily on any smooth hard floor.It is very well made and extremely strong. I reckon this could help any weight of a person spin on one foot.I would recommend this for not only people Lear I gotta to dance but also for children who love to play and want a toy that doesn’t take up much space but gives hours of fun and enjoyment.

I bought this for my daughter who is intermediate ice skater. I think this is designed much more for ballet students as it is quite small (didn't see the photo showing 5 inch diameter so my fault). More importantly, it will only works on hard floors (not carpet) as it is one solid piece - the inner disc does not turn inside the outer.

They are very bad and can easily be broken.

Nicely packaged and just how it’s described. I bought it for my 10yr old’s birthday and her turns are improving day by day. Also very good for other techniques but it’s abit smaller than expected to be.
