Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I would say this is a great product after 3 weeks of use.+ heating: Red-high (60-65℃), Blue-medium (55-60℃), Green-low (50-55℃)+ vibration: Red (strong), Blue (medium), Green (weak)+ battery: 7.4V powerful rechargeable lipo, handy to position and use. my test: 2 hours charge for 2-3 hours continuous use depending on the setting.+ Ice bag pocket: one inner pocket for ice cold therapy, thoughtful+ coverage: cover the shoulder nicely.+ Application: It could be used for either left or shoulder, but not two of them simultaneously. I also tried it on my knees without a problem - remember though it's designed for your shoulder, not optimised for knees.In particular, I love its high-quality plastic loop design for two-way adjustment. As you can see in the video, it's easy to play with the straps so that you can put the heating pad and vibration nodes on the area of interest - targeting the pain exactly.What I love most? It's compact/portable design and low noise nature enable its mobile use anytime and anywhere. I use it on my daily commute while reading or listening to music. I use it in my office while carrying on my works. I use it after playing badminton... It heats up quickly and stays stable; It integrates heat and vibration seamlessly. I have a rotator cuff injury with a torn tendon in my left arm and shoulder blade and this does absolutely nothing to help. The vibration comes from two small vibrators (size of a 50p coin) on either side of the device and even on the highest setting provide little to no comfort. On the heat setting the vibrating devices heat up to the point where they get extremely uncomfortable and too hot where they actually feel like they are burning your skin. Some improvement advice.. tune down the temperature that they can reach, put more of those vibrating plates in the device (a lot more), and make the vibration a lot stronger. Otherwise save your money and stick to codeine/paracetamol and physio!

I purchased this item during my usual insomnia life style (3:30am-ish). I did some 3:30am research so I could help my father.He's a joiner so it stands to reason he has aches and pains after 40 years.He hasn't been to the Dr's to find out what is wrong, typical parents, therefore I can't place a name to his injury. I can say It's his dominate shoulder/arm that is causing the pain.He's been miserable for months (we think due to his shoulder ha ha) who knows. But since purchasing this item he genuinely feels better. Less pain, he can move his arm and shoulder much more freely and he's playing golf again. Now the reason i'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because nothing fixes everything perfectly, my father still gets that pain, BUT absolutely less and less frequently and not as sharp. He's much happier with his shoulder.He was using it (five days a week) on an evening, as that is when the pain was more prominent. Now he has gone down to once a week.The item is very well finished (stitching etc) and the item, overall is decent quality material. Good luck, don't expect over night miracles so be patient when it comes to items like this.

I purchased HailiCare Shoulder Heating Pad via Amazon. I read the instructions and have only used this once.I put the device on my shoulder with a t shirt on.It burnt through my T shirt and I now have a three degree burn on my shoulder.I am now getting treatment to this burn at a private hospital.WARNING - do not use

Bought this for my partner who has bad shoulders. Couldn’t find any instructions in the box which explained the settings which was a bit strange though. He used it once with the heat and vibration settings but be warned, he ended up with a blister from the heat which has taken a while to heal. In the meantime he has used the vibration setting only and he said it has provided a good deal of relief so whilst it’s a good product you do have to be careful.

It's physically BURNED my girlfriend to the point of blistering her. I'd say stay well clear from it to be honest.. I'm so angry as I bought this to treat her frozen shoulder, and all it's done is cause more issues!

This product does exactly what it says I'm getting deferred pain from heart cancer and this product helps it's amazing I wish I had found it sooner.I'm a large 18+ size lady and after a few adjustment it is comfortable and fabric is softThe heat has 3 setting I can only tolerate level 1 but when in pain I'm sure level 3 will be used it gets hotIts very will made

I think it would have been quite good. My husband found it comfortable to wear but it stopped working on day three. Having re-read the reviews unfortunately this seems to be a frequent occurrence, a shame. Returned to Amazon and received a prompt refund.
