I wasn't quite sure what to expect with these, but I was intrigued by the design. They're larger and lovelier in person. Pictures don't do them justice. One dish arrived broken, so I contacted the seller and received a replacement a few days later. These would make a gorgeous hostess or house warming gift. I love them and can't believe how great they are for the price. Would definitely buy again.

These are more iridescent to my liking, but they are a good size for dips and small snacks. The shape and design are fun and unique.

I really adore these... plates? It's weird calling them that based on the form factor and how I'm utilizing them. I drink a lot of loose leaf tea, and some of it... doesn't like to gracefully depart my former tea boat. These are a fair bit larger, and don't have the things on the side that prevent the tea from moving. With these I can measure the appropriate amount of any size leaf and with the smaller edge of the bowl on these, it works great for transferring to another vessel. These would certainly serve a great number of uses as shown in the listing for these and more.Craftsmanship on these is great, I've been a big fan of roro for awhile. These definitely feel like hand pinched, with natural variations between the two I received in the set. The walls on these are really thick, they're well glazed and fired, overall construction is really neat. Definitely on the rustic feeling side, but in a really good way. They really do resemble oyster shells, really interesting and fun dish design, would really love to use them for their intended canape plate use should the opportunity ever present itself.

This little dishes were interesting. They seemed to be individually made, like if a real oyster shell was pressed into china or porcelain. They’re pretty and functional.Some negatives are: the capacity is low, they wobble, and the bottoms feel porous like unfinished, unglazed material. I wonder how log they’d last going through a dishwasher.Cute idea, but they just weren’t for me.

I found these through Amazon's Vine program, and I was very excited to review them. I do a lot of food photography, and most of my items for plating are all white, so these are perfect for me.When I requested these to be sent to me, the company shipped them promptly. Unfortunately, during transport by the postal service, one of them broke, and Amazon removed the item from my list and apologized for the issue. Since it's a Vine review, they told me not to worry about the review, but they wouldn't be sending another set (I believe because they're only allowed to do that for a set number of items or something).Anyway, I still wanted to go ahead and give these a review regardless because they are very, very cute, and it's not the store's fault.The dishes themselves are adorable and would make the ideal portion size for a single-serve dessert or even as a sauce container for your dinner party. They are labeled as dishwasher-safe, but I would still recommend hand washing them due to the glaze on the outside. Repeated washing in a dishwasher can make the glaze less durable and wear off over time. I will be buying more of these in other shapes and sizes from this company. The shipping was very quick, but please do consider adding a little more padding to better protect them. :)

These small handmade bowls have a slight variation in the white color color from one bowl to another and there are some small black specks in the finish. The bottom finish look different too but for handmade items this probably isn’t unusual. They are a nice size for snacks (there are 1 1/2 ounces of dried fruit and nuts in the third photo). Overall I’m happy with these bowls and recommend them for a unique look.
