Great tutu!
Purchased this for my daughters Halloween costume. She was a alien and this was the perfect skirt to make her costume stand out! Was also great during trick or treating since the lights are so bright.

It is short make sure your babies has shorts underneath.
Get it for baby girl birthday and she loved it. It was at the skating rink and it was glowing very brightly in the dark.

Fun cute skirt
Bought for my 2 year old granddaughter to wear over pants at outdoor light show. Very cute and we received compliments. Battery lasted all day but don’t know how much longer but would be easy to replace. Would give 5 stars if it had more lights.
