This product came with poor directions, and the quality is inferior. The plastic parts did not fit correctly, and the wood was soft. the screws they give you to use where useless they pulled right out of the word due to the poor screws and softness of it. If you buy this item, I suggest you do away with their wooden blocks and buy one by two and put it across the whole bottom of the castle on the inside This makes it strong and be it looks like a baseboard in a house, the blocks they give you are useless.

This thing is awesome! Aside from the 3.5hr assembly on Xmas eve (no pilot holes, make sure you have a drill!) and the lame (falling off the wall) “art” plaques- I must say, I’m impressed. We’ve probably had… every. Damn. Toy. Imaginable. My 5.5 yo is obsessed with this! Throw in a rug, some light,pillows/plush things, -and it’s totally a little kid sanctuary. Wish there was an easy way to maneuver it from inside to out..the husband said he’d take out one of our glass slider doors rather than to partially disassemble Arendale (and was only 1/2 kidding) but all in all- this is WELL worth the price paid. Amazing quality.

Purchased for my newly 5-year-old and 3 and 1/2-year-old. Both of the girls absolutely love it, and play with it all the time. They both have to duck a little bit to get through the door, but they are pretty tall. I can fit inside of it with both of my children. Putting it together was not awful, but give yourself a good amount of time and a second person, especially when doing the roof. The panels with all of the pretty pictures of Arrendelle are super cute, but flimsy. I still give it five stars for durability because the castle itself is very durable, even if those panels aren't. It is very easy for kids to remove the panels, and I find that we are putting them back on regularly because the little tabs that hold them on are easy to take off. I'm planning on buying sheets of plexiglass and installing it over them so they don't get too damaged (and so the kids can't remove them anymore), because they are very thin. Also, if you have a climber, I would not recommend putting the flower boxes on... I had to remove them courtesy of my three and a half year old. They were perfect places to put little feet. Otherwise, we have zero complaints and my kids absolutely adore it. They have turned it into a little store, and use it to play pretend and they wear their princess dresses when they go inside. It's very tall, but it fits in our playroom very well. Be prepared to vacuum a lot after putting it together because they were a little foam pieces everywhere.

You need some carpentry skills to put this together. It is not for outside, like picture shows. I gave it 4 stars because my grandchildren love it. It's in the garage. Not sure where to put it. And it needs a sealer on the wood.

We bought this for our 3 year old and she absolutely loves it. It was not easy to assemble, the instructions can be a bit confusing, it took me about 5 hours but if your good at putting stuff together then I’m sure it wont take you that long. The smell of the wood was pretty strong when I first opened it but it went away after about an hour. Overall it’s huge, it’s beautiful and my daughter loves it. Would def recommend.

We got a great deal and paid about half price for this and it was worth every penny. But not sure if it’s worth much more than that for anyone paying full price. It’s fairly easy for two people to assemble. The inside walls are cheap however and the pictures are just snap on plastic which I was kind of disappointed in. Not sure if they will make it through a winter yet or not. Roof is very nice. No floor inside so we did playground wood chips. My girls love it though, perfect size for a 3 year old and a 1 year old who play Frozen, and they can both be inside together. Also like that the doors that open and close are designed to not pinch fingers. Happy overall with purchase.

After a few months it started to come off. And the plastic walls of the decorations bend and don’t stay. The plastic trays came off from the wood in the first month.The kids loved it. But it did not last.
