I don't know if it's a manufacturing issue or material, but the item cracked a bit after a couple weeks.Even with very lightly use. I assume that it could be due to a different humidity level between the place where it was made and Toronto, but anyway, the quality is below average.

What I like best about this tool is that it makes it easier on my hands and especially my wrists. I don't have to tilt my wrists when using this. Also I feel like I don't have to push as much as before because the tool is using the strength from my whole hand as opposed to just my thumbs.The product is strong and appears to be well-made-- Will not fall apart or cause splinters. Has a nice red tone.The shipment came to the US from Thailand in 27 days. It was very cheap, so I don't mind. It includes a small slip detailing the foot map of the theory of reflexology, which I don't personally believe in, but it doesn't detract from it being a good, cheap, useful massage tool.Thanks!

This was a really great tool until the dog chewed it up

The Thai reflexology tool is solid smooth and has a good weight to it. A real gift for massage therapists and even if you’re not a massage therapist. It’s just nice to hold and knead out kinks in my hands. And for the price you can’t beat it!

This is a very inexpensive yet it works really well. I use it to work through tight muscles and areas that need a deeper massage. It's easy to use and very sturdy.
