.....about this heater.....until it quit working 11 months after light usage in the bathroom during cold months. That's why I'm changing my review from 5 to 3 stars. I left the original 5 star comment. The rocker on/off switch quit working after 11 months, but the distributor quickly refunded my money after being contacted through Amazon.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I bought this for my girlfriend after her old heater died and gave up the ghost. Our back bathroom gets a little frigid in the winter, so I did a comprehensive search and settled on this little heater for 4 reasons:(1) Price point(2) Verified user product reviews(3) Safety features(4) Small footprintAfter she gave it a potty break spin around the block (usually about 30 minutes), she came back and told me how pleased she was with the heat output, which makes me a very satisfied customer.

Update November 2020:Well this product is not even a year old and it doesn't work. We had a cold spell last week in FL so I decided to take my little heater back out of the box. I had only used the product a couple of time and put it in back in the box till I needed it again. When I took it out, it no longer worked. It will not turn on at all. Basically it was like brand new since it was barely used. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.Jan 2020: I purchased this to help my office recover from our very short lived cold spells in FL. The delivery was nice and quick. Packaging was very nice, although, I was a bit surprised it came in it's original box, not taped closed with a shipping label on it...but nevertheless, it came perfectly intact and in good working order. The heat output was perfect for my needs. The oscillation was great to go under my desk...and the auto-shut off was great since it would be close to my feet. Small in size...but definitely packs very nice warmth. I would definitely recommend.

Bought this mini heater/fan for my small room. The heat on it worked amazing, the cooling was okay. It makes some noise but I don't mind, it's not obnoxious plus it'd was a nice white noise when falling asleep. It was a good product unfortunately it decided to kick the bucket on me recently, I turned on the unit and it made an unusual spurring noise and smelled like burned plastic so I shut it off and kept it off since that keep occurring. I purchased this back in February, it was good while it lasted.

Updating my rating from 5 Star to 1 Star. A product that can only last 30 days prior to no longer working doesn't do me much good. Asking for a new one in hopes that I got a defective unit. We will see what happens in another 30 days...I use this heater on my desk at work. Works great and produces a lot of heat for a small unit. I like the fact it has a swivel option and settings for High Heat, Low Heat, and Air

I got this to replace my guinea pig's space heater that kicked the bucket, and I've gotta say I'm impressed. This thing puts off some serious heat, but it's also much quieter than my old one.

The problem with this heater is that it only works sometimes. It will randomly decide to not turn on? This happened within the first couple of weeks the product was delivered to my house. When it stops working it is a struggle to get it to turn on again. Sometimes it will not work for several days at a time. Not impressed!!! Other than that, it does pack a punch as far as the amount of heat it supplies for such a small heater

After only a little while, the control buttons have faded away. I wouldn't recommend getting this particular one, because i can't see the controls, and it's really annoying.
