The media could not be loaded.  Loose tea leaves just fell through the holes but teabags worked perfectly anyways. Keep tea bag in pour the milk in an watch it mix as you pull strainer out.Cutest little tea cups everrrrr!!!

The TEA CUP was a little small, but it does its job perfectly.

I don't normally leave reviews but I decided this would be worth writing, just to inform other buyers to be wary! It's a beautiful cup with a cute ceramic lid and the overall design is gorgeous, especially with the variety of colours available, but unfortunately my order arrived with some scratches in the glass mug and the filter. There were other marks that I was able to wipe off, but the ones photographed are proper scratches (they were hard to focus on so forgive the slightly blurred imagery!).If you're not worried about imperfections then the cup is absolutely perfect! But I'll be ordering a replacement as this is intended to be a gift and I'll update the review from there.UPDATE (02/02):Received the second cup today and I'm sad to report this one is also scratched / chipped, in addition to the packaging being in an extremely poor state (see photos). I shouldn't really be surprised considering the price, but both cups having very visible marks in the glasswork isn't ideal, especially for an intended present.As I said the first time; if you're not worried about imperfections, it's a perfectly fine little cup! But otherwise, I would look elsewhere. I am sending both back for a refund.

I got this as a gift for my girlfriend after she'd seen it and said it looked really cute, but when it arrived it was damaged and had an enormous chip in the side of the saucer. The box was completely undamaged and the piece was not broken off in the box anywhere, so it was damaged before it was boxed and shipped. My girlfriend decided to overlook it and keep it regardless, but I'm really not happy with this considering what I paid for it plus shipping.

Daughter loves this little tea pot

Super cute, high quality mug. The lid and saucer are ceramic, with a really high quality finish, and the lid fits onto the glass mug perfectly. Really happy with this purchase and my fiancée loves it. 100% recommend.
