I don't like disparaging a product, and I seem to be alone in this review. However, I found this so useless and ineffective that I suspect these reviews are fake or I am stupid. The service is very difficult to hold and move across the media (paper or otherwise). And so difficult to load text - even a few words. I play concert piano and type very well so I don't think it's my hand. I really wanted this to work but returned it, which is always a hassle. Congrats to the manufacturer for a clever idea. Maybe several iterations later it will be worth the money and effort in using it.

I love the idea of this product and really wanted it to work well. I had so many ideas of things on which I wanted to print. However, the print quality was really poor. I contacted their customer service and they advised me to clean the print head, which I did. However, the text still came out blurry and inconsistent. If you're not particular about how this prints you'll probably be ok, but I wanted the text to be crisp and clear. It's just not there yet. I also found the app inconvenient and difficult to use. I wish it integrated with photoshop.

I had such hopes this would be the answer to my DIY greeting card projects to give them that extra professional touch. Sadly, my hopes were dashed quite quickly. There was no instruction manual. I tried to find one online even, to no avail. This is the first big mistake. How can you use a product like this with absolutely no information at hand. The print, even when I figured how to enlarge, was rather small. The quality is very poor as it looks smudged nine times out of ten. The options for printing were limited, as the ink is not very dark so you really have to go with bold fonts only, if you want to see what you’re printing. It did dry almost immediately, it lived up to that promise. So disappointing. This wasn’t an inexpensive item, and for the price, it didn’t hold up to the quality I feel you should get for this amount of money. I hope they improve upon this item so I can reconsider in the future. As of now, had to send it back as it just didn’t live up to the promises at all 😢

Once you get past the setup, this printer is really good!I only have the black ink cartridge that it comes with, but like it a lot.As I said, the setup was finicky because you have to connect to the unit's wifi through the app.but once that's done, the font options are great! and easy to setup.There are also little emoji's you can use and insert your own photos as well.The battery is good for a days' work, but will need to be recharged. Even off, the power is drained over a week.But fortunately, it's USB powered and there are many connections available.

I really wanted to like this printer. Unfortunately it just did not perform as I had hoped or as it appears in the advertisement video.The ink smudged pretty easily and did not print as clear as I hoped. I’ll be returning it.
