Wouldn't you like a chip that's pure protein?
I would. They are tasty like junk food, but except for those mysterious "natural flavors" these are made from egg white protein and are delicious. I feel a little guilty every time I open a bag, but that's only because they're a teeny bit expensive. Which I almost don't mind, because I should be eating whole unprocessed foods not chips and these are, honestly, a delicious treat! I've been keto for 7 years, so I'm in it for the long run, and that means stretching the limits of "clean", "lazy" or "dirty" keto a bit to avoid the far more harmful vegetable oils, grain, and sugars in standard american diet snack food. These are a great substitute for bygone Cheetos, Doritos, or Lays days in the past!

Packed well but not all flavors a hit
We've been doing the keto thing and one of the hardest parts is missing out on crunchy snacks. Pork rinds exist but it's nice to get a change of flavor and texture so we decided to try the Quevos. The package was shipped well with the variety pack being sent alone so nothing would crush the bags inside. The box contained 2 packs of Sour Cream and Onion, 2 packs of Quevos Rancheros and 1 pack of Dill Pickle. The Sour Cream and Onion chips felt like they crumbled as soon as you took a bite and the texture was off, like someone tossed some really really fine grain sand in with the seasoning. The Quevos Rancheros on the other hand were awesome, full of flavor similar to a nacho cheese Dorito. The Dill Pickle chips were spot on for flavor but a little too strong for my taste.Only the Sour Cream and Onion chips had the weird sandy taste/texture. The other varieties had a more chip-like mouth feel and the flavors tasted like I think they were meant to. I think these are a good option for people on keto but due to the hit or miss flavors and price, I'll probably stick with pork rinds.

Enjoyed
Saw on shark tank and with two diabetic kids thought why not try. Definitely glad we tried variety pack first. Everyone has personal tastes (ie one kid not into it, the other kid enjoyed it as for myself I enjoyed it). Sour cream was the biggest hit, honey mustard good. I was the only one that liked Dill. The Rancheros not a big hit. But once again personal preference, try variety pack first. For the carbs great alternative then chips. Chip size is good, and like other chip manufacturers had chip crumbs due to chips breaking. As for price I think it is decent maybe a touch on the higher side but in the long run ok for the price. Any higher price I would probable would have not bought these. But overall enjoyed as an alternative snack.

Sawdust, onion powder, most, bake 250° 25 mins
Saw on SharkTank. This is the first huge disappointment.Chips we received were in tact. Texture was weird. They seemed dusty? They feel apart instantly in our mouths. They seem to be high in Heme. The thing in animal products that makes them taste like such. That funny weird taste I get sometimes after ratings eggs. As a vegetarian it’s gross. I don’t like a popular hamburger substitute for same reason. My wife ( who has eaten guinea pig and liked it) found these chips gross too. Maybe it’s not heme.Small box small bags gross chips. My dog usually licks/ tears apart bags of chips when we are done. My dog licked a bit. Then stopped. I wish I had it on video.I hate them, my wife does and my dog apparently does too.I will save the remaining 3 bags for when I drank too much and am waiting on pizza.Do they have a refund policy? I sprinkled onion powder on box and enjoyed it more. Maybe I can’t ask for refund now?

SO good!! Just wish there were more of them
These were so good for keto/low carbers! The flavors were really good. Honey mustard and bbq were probably my favorite. The texture was similar to a cracker. Unfortunately, like many keto products, they seemed pretty expensive for such a small portion. But hoping the more popular they get the more affordable They’ll get as well!

No quality or quantity - not worth the cost
Meh... I was not at all impressed by these, so wouldn’t recommend these. It’s a great concept but if you base things on the overall experience along with what you get for the money, I’d just as soon bake my own sweet potato chips to satisfy the occasional chip craving... the bags are super fancy, but who cares??? Most importantly the bags are only 1/4 full of product, most of which is broken into particles and it appears the flavors are dusted onto the chip after the fact so, it’s mostly found at the bottom of the bag where the chip particles are - got two variety packs to try out and none of the flavors were savory enough to be satisfying and as previously stated, the broken pieces of chip dominate the contents of the bag which ultimately creates a messy eating experience that isn’t worth the effort extended to get it from the bag to your mouth.
