Excellent Spout, Even Better Cap
These spouts certainly fit the old Biltz cans. I've had a pair of them for several years now. They seal to the can with a tapered connection that lasts many years with no rubber to get hard, brittle, or kink. The supposedly "spill proof" spouts are utterly useless in every way imaginable. These spouts and vents put my cans back the way they were before EPA ruined them. Now I can pour fuel without spilling. I wanted two more cans, but Biltz cans are no longer available. Midwest makes a very similar two-handle, 5-gallon can, but they suffer from the same problem of no vent and a useless, slow, leaky spout. The product description for these spouts clearly says Biltz only, but I swapped one of the older spouts from my Biltz can as a test. It fit and sealed fine, but I did have to use the threaded ring that came with the new can. These spouts work great on my new Midwest cans. Even better, the Yellow Caps that came with these are the real deal. They have the "MR Yellow Cap" logo and are much better made than my old ones. They latch better and even have a tab, so they can be attached to the spout and not get lost.

Best replacement spout I've tried
I have three older Blitz cans with the slow pouring, vented spouts. One is a 5 gallon, one a 2-1/2 gallon, and one a 1 gallon. I also have one new, 5 gallon Midwest can with the horrendous locking, vented spout. These new spouts fit well on all four of my cans. The threaded ring that holds the spout on is tight and a little finicky to get started on the Blitz cans the first time, but it does fit securely. It does not fit the Midwest can, but I was able to successfully use the threaded ring from the Midwest can with the new spout. It's not a perfect fit but it is sturdy and not leaking. I used a 1/2" drill bit to drill the holes for the yellow vent. It is a tight fit and I had to use force to push the vent in but it doesn't leak either. The yellow caps for the spouts are very good. I list all but one of my old ones years ago. These are a better design than what I had before. Overall I'm pleased with these replacement spouts. I previously tried a different kind of replacement spouts, but they were garbage and didn't fit any of my cans so I returned them. I give these only 4 stars because of the high price. I feel like these should cost half of what I paid.

Fit great and work great. It took a little time to figure out the yellow cap but it has a notch in it to get it off

Threaded part keeps breaking
Of the four, only one hasn't broken on my yet. The threaded part that screws onto the gas can will crack when you are trying to get it tight enough to not leak while pouring gas out of it. I tried other gaskets, but haven't found a combination that solves this. They leak, and if you tighten them, it cracks.

Better than no vent cans
First set I bought were great. Bought a second set. They don’t fit well and leak. But with that said, it so much better than the non-vent cans. I can live with a little leak. Disclaimer. It was really cold outside. That could have been the reason they leaked. The cans were cold. I would buy again.
